It's a landmark building, it doesn't have jobs, though. I'm not sure how to add jobs to landmarks. I was gonna to make it a commercial building, but I decided on making it a landmark. You can always change the building's properties in the Plug-in Manager to add jobs.

Actually, I was inspired by the Shanghai World Financial Center. I did not, however, want to make them exactly alike. I changed and added different features in order be able to call it something else than Shanghai WFC.
