About This File

File updated, Auto install removed

This is a modded lot.

Size: 1x1

Placement: Land

Icon: Custom

BAT: No

Place this anywhere in your city to put high wealth desirability levels in the green. You still need water and power in the zones you want to be high wealth. You will still need water pipes and schools.

Only to be downloaded from www.simtropolis.com. If you have downloaded this from anywhere else, do not install this lot.

If you find any problems with this lot/mod, or it does not work, please PM me.

The AUTO INSTALLER places the file outside the PLUGINS Folder. C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\simcity4\SimCity 4\Plugins The CORRECT Path is ... C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins

Very cool, but it would be alot better if it covered a bigger surface and if the lot had a building OR some time of prop on it instead of a blank surface. Otherwise very cool idea!! I like it!

I agree with akshen. This is a great idea and I will track the lot and rate it if it improves. There should be something... That marks the lot...just in case you should need to find it later. It would be great if it was something that high wealth RES would enjoy. Good Luck with this!

Ashken's got a point. Maybe it could be a mayor statue, or a tree plaza, or...? Also, gooberzzz has a point about the auto installers. If you have newbies who don't know how to install, it's not hard to put it in a readme.txt. Excellent idea though. Original and potentially useful.

I don't know if it is possible, but maybe you could make this lot have a cost associated with it, and in the UI have a slider that increases the radius and the cost...

Cool. However, believe it or not, what I really need is something to LOWER desirability, not raise it. :-P. I have too many villas around already. Any chance you could make a lot that does the opposite of this one? Maybe not, I guess... but I thiught I'd ask anyway. :-)

What we need is a lot like this that does the opposite - kills desirability for $$$ residents. I'm sick of those guys taking up valuable space in my suburbs.
