Thanks! I'm new to the Lot Editor and I wanted to have a ploppable helipad for my own city, so I thought it would be best to start simple. :)

I wonder if there's any way to make the helicopter take off and hover occasionally? Doesn't the hospital use this effect? Anyways, great lot! I've tried to make a helipad, but mine looked terrible, yours is awesome!

ok for your first lot, i want to suggest making the lot bigger, maybe adding parking lots and cars and food stales and then adding more helipads. then it could be known as a Center for Helicopters.

Nice for your first time. YOu could modify the base detail, also you could add trees in the conrers and give this some sort of landmark and/or park effect. I give you an 8. Good Luck on any further endeavours.

Equinox, I think this lot has the same helicopter effect as the hospital. ed_diaz, good idea but there is already a tour center made by Victory. This lot is meant to be a simple, ploppable helipad lot. Jerry97567, it should already have the effect of a Small Flower Garden. Thanks all for advice! :)

Updates: Added more bushes (not shown in picture; unable to upload new photo for some reason). Helicopter is now visible on top of helipad before takeoff.
