    I apologize for the simularity in our backgrounds, but I loved your idea. I used smaller stars with a little color and a very dark blue base.

    I believe stars have some color. I believe the night sky is not blackbut a very very dark blue. I think the stars should be small and theseare the quality features I used for this background. If you would like to play this game with a subtle night sky backgroundfor your city view than give this background a whril. (It doesn't showin the Region view, sorry.) It makes your city seem like it's floatingin outer space. Installation is a piece of cake... There's nothinghard about it at all and it won't crash your PC or the game. It'snothing more than a replacement picture for the background whileplaying your city. Maxis uses a blueish grey grid background and I usethis beautiful Star Lit Sky background. Try it... You might like it...Hey, Mikey...
