    Democracy ? DeMocritoirasy... People doesn't want rules hell its not even what they want Forums are ruling the internet doing rules etc for years and It doesn't worked one time Why ? Because internet can't have even have the most basic things to support a democracy and rulers Things like "I will obey the rules in the name or allah" or "Rulers are everything" !!!! Do you think you can start a democracy in a place that is "polluted" with crackers, poor people, or people that doesn't want to buy the game AGAIN ? People doesn't want rules they want a leader that both can make constraints and support Thats where Coriemarie shall come in Simply put I ISO'ed the game lots of time ago and none of Poweriso alcholol 120 doesn't work in XP Now I will move to W8.1 and it wont work again (Believe me i tried it lots of time ago and i did everything like Registry and CMD sc start things) I wont buy something I already have (Nor I have cash anyway) So can someone provide people with a "SC4Launcher" with "Disable CD check" or some sorts ? (SADX launcher had it) and make sure NAM team will disregard MD5 Checksum check ?

Hello Mitchell's When I want to start a city, it asks for an difficulty In PyroFalkon guide, he says it only effects starting cash In other places, It says it amplifies taxes So what things does the difficulty setting do ? (Remember SC2K where difficulty changed status of industries and wealth of other cities ? EASY:MURICA MEDIUM:Europe HARD:USSR )

Hello Mitchell's First of all,I somehow ended up in ghetto High school while I had a decent score that could made me get into an good high school "Thank" you grandpa OK When I go to the school my mind is like "Socializing ?,Friends ?,Trusting each other ?,Cheating alliances with bro's?, Thats all Bullshit" I Got my lesson a long time ago "School is a place where you go for exams and learning. It is NOT a place for socializing" So my mind is simply "I Dont have time to waste on socializing, school is a place of learning and I wont waste my precious time there" I Am not an asocial but I dont want to socialize either And one last thing Since that's a ghetto school Everyone smokes "Dry Weed" [Tobacco stuff like cigarettes, not Cannabis(Who cares ? they are both harmful drugs)] so should I team up with government and become an "Deep Cover" guy ? (Believe me, I am not an dumbass 14 Y/O that plays modern COD (But an BFV COD1 MOHAA veteran) or believes "$%&^! life" that is repeadetly shown on TV) So... Should I team up with government and become an deep cover that reports drug addicts ?

(Extremely precious terraforming ?) Why I cant use rail ? (there is an railway extending from the side of that seaport but I cant connect rail)

    Hello Mitchell's As an kid (14.5 Years old as of 20/10/17) that played things like Bus Driver/Airport Tycoon 3/Falcon 4.0/FSX/NFSU 1-2/GTA VC SA/(I have an unconfirmed memory about 18 Wheels Of Steel) I learned there is an mod where you can make modular airports named RMIP But it looks like it only comes with runways and its nothing more than a "Master Controller Mod" But I Want to install EVERY RMIP based airport mod out there and I want to install every OFFICIAL plane mod So can someone give me an list of every RMIP based airport mod and official plane mod ?

    NO POLLUTION travels acroos cities Also, Dont underestimate power of the subways ("cheap" and a good way to connect two cities RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER) Plop 3 Bus stations for every 2 subway stations you build And build an parking lot next to them Use normal railroad ONLY for freight trips It will look nice if you do this (You will need hole digger lots that comes with NAM (I Strongly suggest you to patch the game to the latest version and fully install NAM36))

    Yes it does but... Looks like it doesn't I Always use EASY difficulty level and "fire!" happens every 5 mins on my "Landfill+Industry" city I Would post the region but, Puppy Linux is terrible The only small fire station is on the left-upmost and fire happens a lot in the uncovered heavy industry

    A Great One Hate garbage ? So do I STEP 1: Plop Waste To Energy (Utilities>Garbage) STEP 2:Select that plant after clicking building query button (Question mark button on left-bottom) STEP 3:Set funding to the ZERO This will net you an garbage blackhole that wont need any cash and wont do pollution "Cheating" feels intense ? Select an small city tile and plop some WTE plants and make road connections needed in order to make "garbage" trade routes Then dump all your garbage to that place by neighbor deals Then try to get every single business deal And place an fire station if you wish Reason Pollution doesn't travel through cities So simply fill that place with coal power plants and make some power line trade routes

Hello Mitchell's Whenever I apply a water mod Stock (A term used in KSP that means "unmodded parts") water texture used to illustrate borders of the map makes me lose my mind Its the same reason why beach texture used in beach lots that makes me lose my mind Is it possible to change that texture or make it fully transparent ?

    Yes In order to change the texture on the region map You have to load the city Thats how my trick works Lets say you have two cities 1A Industrial zone 2B Clean beach zone And you want to give them water colors according to their types by Giving 1A a dirty colour Giving 2B a clean colour All you have to do is Modding game with dirty colour water Opening 1A This will give it dirty water colour on the region map Exit the game Mod game with an colourful water Open 2B It will change colour of the water on the city and the region map Simply put Whenever you use an water mod, The water texture for that city lot changes on the city itself on the city on the region map But whenever you want to change cities, you have to exit and remod the game In my estimations It works with terrain/slope textures too !!!     Hello Mitchell's I got an idea LOOONG time ago "Why I should waste my time puttin discs to my drive all the time so they can get stratched IF I can simply ISO them and make game think "Oh Its CD of the game ! lets play" " {Makes me remember days where people did [(CASETTE PLAYER SOUND OUT ----> PC MOTHERBOARD MIC IN)] And [(VHS VIDEO OUT---->CONVERTERS----> PC VIDEO IN) (VHS SOUND OUT ----> PC MOTHERBOARD MIC IN)] } And this time I will reinstall the game But worst of all Game discs are nowhere to be found and I dont know which patch to install The SC4Deluxe CD ISO's are in my USB Should I install SKU1 (NA/NZ) or SKU2 (Europe the place of dirtiest and bloodies people got turned to nice people thanks to Muslim Ottomans) ? I Learned that SKU 1 is for older games [1.60] while SKU 2 is for newer games [1.62] Is there an file in the ISO's that tells me version of the game ?? Thanks for answering

    Hello Mitchell's When I was reading FAQs about SC4 on CheatBook Database 2017 I Found an genius idea Opening the region menu and making a SMALL "city" tile completely purposed for garbage collection The kicker ? Its the fact that, ALL kinds of pollution doesn't travel through city tiles So, If you do that and make that place full of "Garbage>Power" plants funded with zero cash You get your private "Garbage Blackhole" One more Since ALL kinds of pollution doesn't travel through places That place can be purposed for dirty industry too ! But there are two problems 1-50 Years and "power plants" get rekt 2-Car traffic outflow AKA insane amounts of traffic between borders caused by normal workers AND people wants to take a shortcut The solution of the first problem is simply getting every single "Business Deal" But How Am I going to get all the business deals in a short time ? The solution of the second problem is simply building LOTS subways and subway lines --- What are your thoughts on this ? What tactics you can give to me ? Is it possible to make that place self sustainable by getting all the "business deals" ? (I Am thinking about giving some fireplane and police outpost protection) Thank you for all the advice

    If only I could use SC4D There are two PC's on my lifeplace MODERN ONE that I currently use CPU:AMD ATHLON II X2 250 (For some reason, II makes me remember F4 Phantom II because of Vietnam flashbacks) RAM:2GB DDR3 Gigabyte GMA 880 UD2H "GPU":Ati Readeon HD 4250 (Momboard GPU that I allocated 256 MB RAM) Runs on Puppy Linux because my mom thinks Windows is useless since she doesn't need using programs with .EXE stuff OLD ONE CPU:Intel Pentinium 4 2.6 GHZ RAM:512 MB DDR0 (Prehistoric RAM doesn't match RAM pins of DDR1 Nor DDR2) GPU:GeForce 2 MX 400 OS: Windows XP SP3 Other games installed: Baldur's Gate 2/SW Empire At War 2/FS95/FS98 Can I run this game with 9 Small tile regions ?

    600Monthly revenue left to all other things (250X2 for cops and firemen + I wont be counting taxes) Ok this question will be HARD to answer My Region idea (All of them are small tiles) XXX XOX XXX The middle (Landfill) will be connected to all outside tiles by water connection (All tiles will be connected by water ways) The middle (Landfill) will be connected to the green tiles by the bridge AND subway connection (It will be hard making bridges) With 600 Revenue left Is it enough to fund highways and lots of subway lines ?
