  2. An old bug has been corrected about this with parks. But i have last version (after dark). I have no demands for commercial zones. RCI is high for industries, normal (average) for residential but nothing for commercial zones. Even more, i have not enough customer message and when i destroy the building, it doesnt rebuild. So i have big holes in my sole commercial zone. I could have 3 time more industries than commerces. If i create more industrial zones, my export skyrockets and i may have missing raw material message. I have 20k inhabitants, 4 residential zones, 2 industrial zones and 1/3 commercial zone. All zones are equal size. I have truck connection but no train yet. What may boost or increase commercial demand ? Thank you.
  3. Export of goods

    The specialized districts are exporting raw materials and generic industries are importing raw materials. Does someone knows the mechanism because i dont understand what's going on ... All industrial zones are linked by cargo train. Raw material of districts are exported by trucks and imported by train by generic industries. I need help to understand this inversion Thank you
  4. Hi to all, I started extracting raw material from districts. After that, i cut the outside line for the train in order not to import raw material. Excess raw material is exporting fine (big trucks) but small ones (goods for vans) dont seem to go to the outside world. I started having error message "cant sell goods" from industries (or something like that because i have french version). I had to put back train connection in order to get rid of this message. Does it work like that ? Is there something i can do to counter that ? Thank you !
  5. I tried it and it works ok when you cut links with outside world. But cutting links with 55k inhabitants is not a good idea ... I'd like to know if some modder can modify the actual mechanism to what i need ? Only extracting raw material by disabling other processing industries or transform any product in natural resources and prioritizing local use (industrial generic) before exporting them. Iam sure a good modder can do that ... Thank you
  6. I don't understand what you want exactly. Isn't that how it works already? No, unfortunately. Specialized also produced processed goods and they go to commerces like generic industries. For example, forest should only produce lumber (not goods made of) and they should be shipped to generic industries location instead of being exported most part of the time. Same thing for other specializations (cereals and cattles, minerals and oil). THis way, it would be possible to extract, produce and sell goods without import and/or export. It is important since a limit seems to exist on import and export.
  7. 1) A real specialized industry system producing only raw material and sending it to generic industries. Actually raw material is sometimes exported from districts and imported by generic industries, which doesnt make sense. Also import/export quantities limit should not exist. 2) Permanent grid that can be toggled for symetric maps. 3) Class of vehicles (big trucks, vans, cars, emergency and utility vehicles) that can be managed to avoid specific roads. Goal is managing traffic.

  9. Hi to all I cant make mods but i'd like to have one. In 4 specialized industries, i would like to extract only, then send extracted products (wood, cereals and cattle, oil and minerals) to generic industries. No transformation (goods) except for generic. Is it possible ? Thank you.
