    IMO i would stay away from this mod for a while until a stable release ,as for the problem your having i suggest just roll back,i made a mistake that cost me 3 months work so now im saving like no tomorrow .

    ty it working for me now i can jump from 1.3 to this   spoke too soon game crashes when bull dozing roads or train station i cant tell

    I get permanet red land value that will not go away after using this mod  even with bull dozing everything on map and restarting game without mod   is there a fix for this???     i just noticed Dark86 has the same problem
