okay. if he downloaded the file before 2011. so he's using the first version. if he downloaded the file after 2011. so he's using other mod. what problems? of course!!! some of the outdated plugins (like the 6C metal barrier is now not working). is almost now not working. if he still uses the very old and the first version. it will cause the game to crash. try asking him also. (i asked him but he never reply to me).

if he uses the first version. it will cause some problems in the game. but he never experienced that. and i tried to ask him. but he never reply to me. because he had plugins that is now "hard to find". so people watching his videos also asking this. and what year you downloaded the mod?

This would be it: check the photo carefully. you can see there's another green menu in the top. and when i watched your plugins folder video. i can't see the folder named "God Terraforming in Mayor Mode". so you are using another terraforming mod.

RHW neighbor connection not working

Yes, "spider cars" are normal--as is all the disappearing. The automata are not necessarily representative of the functionality of the network. -Tarkus yes. that is a normal bug for RHW. in Building A City From Scratch. he showed the multi-RHW neighbour connection. and i can see the bug. i don't know what part. and that's the reason why i'm not using the RHW. -

Found it for ya : I remember a picture from somewhere, in it there were steel barriers on the sides of the highway, and not just centre. Is that mod been released here at ST? Not sure if it was RHW or Maxis highway. it was the RHW-8C. i don't know if was released here. i think it's a "hard to find" plugin.

I included my command line that gets this, and it is as she sits at this moment. Of course the NAM is inside the Plugins folder: Where else would it be? no. there's another folder named "plugins" inside of the Network Addon Mod folder. it just like this: SimCity 4/Plugins/Network Addon Mod/Plugins. and that's the installation directory. -

and i have watched a weird video. i don't know who's the uploader. maybe him: https://community.simtropolis.com/user/96537-haljackey/. in the video... he entered the NAM folder. i can see a folder named "Plugins" and he entered the "Plugins" folder. i can see all of NAM networks. are inside of that "plugins' folder. NOTE: that video was uploaded in 2012. -
