I was thinking about buying this during the weekend steam sale. What's the difference between Platinum and 2011 versions? Cities XL 2011 is on sale for $5.00. What all do you get in Platinum?

This is my first upload, a map of the continent of Westeros from A Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones) by George R.R. Martin. I plan to do a CJ on this map eventually. This is a fictional map measuring 40x17 small cities across. The map is based on this fan-created map. I've included a custom config file with large cities centered on the locations of the main cities mentioned in the novels (King's Landing, Lannisport, Old Town, White Harbour). Please note the map is not to scale. Being a fictional land, there is no exact scale. Fans generally believe Westeros is roughly the size of Europe. I personally think its closer in size to the UK. But either way, this is massively reduced in scale. Also, the mountains are more gentle rolling hills than actual mountains. That's just based on my personal preference of having less land taken up by unusable mountains. I created this using paint.NET and SC4 Terraformer. File is in SC4M format so you will need to follow these instructions to install it.- 11 Comments

SimCity 4 Launcher - Updated (10/09/15) 1.5.4b - R12
ffffrank replied to Logic_Bomb's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
Is there a way to force the launcher to run SC4 as administrator in Win7? When I try to use the launcher, SC4 hangs at the splash screen. Same thing happens when I try and directly run SC4 without selecting "Run as administrator," so I assume that's the reason its not working through the launcher either. Is that an option?
