My city has about 1.3 million sims in it. The health data layers are mostly green except for a bit of yellow in my slum area. My education is all green. The air pollution is a bit of an issue along busy roadways, but it has improved a lot. Crime is low for the size of my city. Schools, libraries, hospitals, police stations and fire stations cover the whole city. My commute times are high because people decide to work across the city. There are enough jobs in each area. When I look at my graphs for average income, it is at $15,000. It was once at $60,000. I have bus lines that can cover the whole city, there are subways that cover a lot also. I have created more jobs and my city has improved a lot. The mayor rating has gone down at the same time. I think that the income has a lot to do with the mayor rating. Please tell me how I can fix this. Thanks in advance.

Thank you. But I had a city with about the same population before I started installing bats and mods. It had the same problem also, except not as bad.

Ok. Thanks. The problem is, I have a lot of plops in the city. I don't like a lot of the maxis lots, so I want these plops.

Unfortunately, my best ghetto was on my old computer. It had stex lots along the main street that were all run down. Off of that street I had a bunch of high density projects. The other direction, I had a few blocks of medium density low wealth residential. Then there was a river. On the other side of the river was my downtown, which had many high wealth condos. Anyways, back to the ghetto. It was on a big city map, this side of the river took up about 1/5th of the city. The whole thing was mostly low wealth, a bit of medium wealth and some manufacturing industry. There was no police stations, I think 2 or 3 elementary schools, a high school and possibly a hospital. The crime was all red and dark orange in the data maps. When I checked there were usually at least 15 serious crimes that it showed! I had a lot of parks like the basketball court and skatepark, both of which make the neighbourhood look more ghetto. I probably had at least 300,000 living in this ghetto. The city had about 1,500,000. the region was pretty big, like maybe 6,000,000. The rest of this city was all medium wealth and high wealth, I would demolish low wealth.
