A couple of notes, This lot has dependencies though I cannot know what they are specifically, because of the SC4 Dat Packer. Thus I suggest you scan the lot with the SC4 Tool.
Also this lot has a couple of minor known bugs. Firstly, the building appears to hover above the lot, but only is noticible when shadows are enabled. Secondly, at zooms 4, 5, and 6 a small portion of a maxis building appears in the top left corner. These bugs shouldn't hinder gameplay.
