your probably don't have enough jobs. You have some high rise residential but your commercial is all low density and small. Zone more high density and make sure you have jobs available for each wealth class -
I believe you can turn off the missions in the game settings correction it's not the settings, the option is in the My Sim tab under the u-drive it missions, its the last option there

How do you get your own music to play in SC4? I put them into radio>stations>mayor folder like it said to in the game but the custom music option remains grayed out in the options menu. How do you play them? Or can't you?

No, I believe music downloaded from iTunes comes as a AAC format. oh... lol, well is there a way of changing the format then?

well i do put it in the mayor/music folder and still nothing? I download all my music from Itunes so shouldnt they be in mp3 format?
