I think you should densify your city ... most old European towns are very densely build because of the fact they had city-walls where only could be build within those walls and building new ones was extremly expensive.

Awesome city I like the fact that you show a development in time very cool. Btw why did they choose to build the airport in sea and not in the hintherlands? Btw where did you find those containerterminals you use in the port? and sorry to bother you the elevated railwaystation??
