    Ok, people... I'll make a bigger version (I thought that the scale was right, but anyway...) It's a pity if you don't like the Lot, but it's ver accurate to real world, the parking lots are dirt, what can I do??     Rico Perez football (US soccer) stadium was finished in 1974, and enhanced in 1981 for the Spain '82 World Championship. It is used at this time by Hercules CF and Alicante CF, and holds 29.600 people. This is version 1.0, further versions will be available, a new one with plain sits -no text on them- has been requested. Hope you all like and enjoy it!!

    Thank you all, I also would thank people there at CapitalSimcity, who helped me to build my (at this moment) 3 BATS uploaded here at STEX. I'm working on several other spanish and alicante buildings, so "stay tuned" for more like this!! Thanx again.

    Hi, again. Here is another of my hometown Alicante (Spain)landmarks. This one is the Gran Sol Tryp Hotel, a 31 floors building ended in 1970, and refurbished in 1998. Height: 97m (318 ft) No dependencies. Landmark Only in this version. Enjoy it! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hola de nuevo: Otro remarcable de mi ciudad Alicante (España). Se trata del hotel Tryp Gran Sol, edifcio de 31 pisos terminado en 1970 (se nota, no?), y restaurado en 1998. Mis agradecimientos a la gente de CapitalSimcity por los consejos y la ayuda prestada.

    Well, this is Mercadona, spanish chain of supermarkets. Private brand "Hacendado" will give your sims a chance to save and at the same time enjoy the taste and flavour of its products. Any spanish city should have at least one. ...or will Mercadona go beyond?

    This is the main market of my home town, Alicante, in Spain. Built in the first years of XX century, since then still supplies people with fish, meat and vegetables. Now your sims can taste the smell of fresh tuna and onions, too. Hope you all like it, since is my first contibution to STEX. Comments are well appreciated.
