Yeah those glass textures are amazing. How do you get the reflections to work so well?

It sounds a bit strange to add 33% to a buildings height. I scaled conde nast from 348m(1141ft) to 452(1482ft) which seems like a bit of a stretch. I also extended the size of the antenna: I've started adding textures to the base aswell

I think it would be a tough job rendering a block of buildings,especially highrises.

I 've been having problems with windows 7 too. When i zoom too fast all i see are pixels and then my whole computer freezes, still trying to fix it. Anyway to solve your problem try this: find out the resolution of your screen (right click on your desktop and select screen resolution) go to the properties of your SC4 icon and paste this in Target: "C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps\SimCity 4.exe" -CustomResolution:enabled -r1280x800x32 the underlined part is where you put your resolution. I hope this helps, it worked for me

I actually felt the same way after i finished even though it was the exact scale, so I made it slightly larger than it actually is. Maybe if I placed another building next to it for a better comparison.

I was gonna join the cities xl bandwagon but seeing how that game has bombed, i've decided to return to the best city simulation game and give batting another try. Anyway, I modeled this guy nearly 2 years ago but never got the right textures for it so please, any suggestions and other help would be greatly appreciated.

The game has been excellent but so far I have had one problem: How the hell does Niko understand what Little Jacob is saying?! I had to turn on the subtitles just to get a hint of what the dang Jamaican was going on about.

This game is starting to take a negative effect on me. I just picked up an Xbox on promotion and the other day I went to buy some games for it but compared everything to gta, sad to say I came back only with assassins creed and got bored with that game real quick.I really hope it takes me a year to finish gta.

I just hope the humour is as good as in Vice City. Tommy Vercetti and his sarcasm always cracked me up, just added a little extra flavour to the game. I'm just not happy that Microsoft have their hands in on the project, you just know they gonna start pushing the game towards the X-Box leaving PS at a disadvantage. example: I hear about "Exclusive Episodic Downloadable Content" for the XBOX 360? What is this, will it cost money and will this content be released for Playstation 3? At the moment we don't know exactly what this content is. It has been widely speculated to be extra missions (an expansion to the story perhaps), extra map areas. The term "Episodic" seems to imply it will be something along these lines. Microsoft are making a big deal out of it, so it's bound to be something quite big. Nothing has been announced on how much this content will cost or if it will cost at all. As regards to this content becoming available on the PS3, it's unlikely, especially if Microsoft are putting up money for this. Microsoft are trying to convince the audience that the XBOX 360 is the platform for GTAIV by securing this exclusive content. Microsoft have made a big deal that this content is exclusive to the 360, so it appears they have tied up a deal with Rockstar for it to remain that way.

It's been a while since they released the last game although the end credits of mp2 did hint to a sequel. It should be very good seeing how rockstar are behind this.
