    This is really wonderful. Human settlement on Mars would be awesome yet personally i wouldn't take the risk when the sun dies the planet will be either heavily damaged or completely destroyed. So in the long run the effort to me isnt worth it

  23. I like the growth concept, i think you should work on expanding a little bit, not full out but maybe loss a few farms and gain a couple of neighborhoods or commercial areas. After that i would work on density and desirability good luck i love your CJ
