    the building doesent give out jobs does it because if its meant 2 mine doesnt work because it just says montjly maintenence cost $150

    im partly new 2 simtropolis so i ask that when u download this mod then put it in plugins then play simcity 4 and build residential areas will the apartment build on there own or do i have 2 put them in my self like a sky scraper type thing and if i put it in like a sky scraper where do i go 2 select it
