I don't know what it's supposed to look like in real life, but that pink on the sign seems a little bland, it doesn't offset the brown of the building very well in my opinion, otherwise, still doing a nice job

Excellent night-lighting, the concrete entrance area (after the stairs) looks almost unnaturally blue though

SG, I know that in the picture that you're going by, the Publix sign is white, but could you possibly make it the traditional green color?In my opinion, I think that it would look nicer than the white. Excellent progress so far!

I like the latest building, i don't know if it is your style, buy I think it would make a neat mega-hotel, the entrance pavillion has that feel to it, I think. -
