    I've looked on both Simtropolis and Sc4Devotion but cannot find this file; I need it in order to download the CAM and its subsequent lots.

    There are many new features and updates that I love; however, it takes a very long time for any of my cities to load and I find the new system of turning lanes unusable and annoying. Is there anyway to revert back to the default turning lanes for the older NAM versions?

    It looks really good, but way too much air pollution. Also it's sprouting like weeds in one of my cities which chokes the air. Looks beautiful at night! 4/5

    Can someone please help? I just downloaded the lasetest NAM ver. 29 and the Network Widining Modd (NWM) and the smog remover stop working! All of my cities had no smog before and now they do. I need to know wether one of my new modds did this or if it's something else.

    Increase health and education, lower crime, fire hazards, and pollution. Also most imoprtantly reduece traffic and commute times and provide more jobs.

    I agree, Houston is the worst city planning ever! Mainly because of lack of zoning laws and lack of mass transit.

    Do you have other cities in your region? If so try raising the taxes a bit in the other cities. Also try to put different zone majorities (most common zone) in each city because it raises demand.

    Ah, I think I know what the problem is. When you just start off desirabillity is low for everything. you need power and roads or streets and run it for a few months on 3 speed.

    What? That's crazy! I place parks in my city on pause and nothing like that happens. Do you have high amounts of pollution? If so that may be the problem, or radiation.
  13. I like to build many cities with region networking one city as rich suburbs, one city as a downtown, one as a high density residental city, one as industry (I prefer high-tech), and more suburbs.

    You also need good traffic, high land values, and a large population
