I love love the motion blur, I have thought about it myself but I make mostly old school buildings. I still feel the foliage is to dark, I do see they look better but to dark to me, maybe the picture can help. SimCoug & T Wrecks- You guys just want me to do more work. One thing to know about props awnings for buildings is that all shops are not the same size, then you have to worry about effects of the slope and shadows that will go up against the building. tonyr- Thank you!!!! Looks great, I think the foliage is to dark and the leaves may needs to be scaled a bit to make the look better. The roof junk looks pretty good to me, I do believe that the HVAC need to be modeled a little better to be something like that can make or break a building, the HVAC is a bit oversized and the blades does not look right, they should have more space between them. Oh yeah, do not forget about the rails that follow the parapets of the buildings roof. Now, the glass I think it needs a green tint to it, the reason I said that because I looking at the ground view of the building at a distance.

2639 & 2641 Jerome Avenue Thank you for all the names guys, here's a small up date on the building, I need to add new shops for the last two versions of the building. Then work on the rearranging the night light and ac units. I have choose the four shops from you guys for the second variation, the names are from the left side of the building to the right are Great Wall Chinese, Frutas y Verduras Rita, Jack Wild's petshop and Ray's Pizza -

I love the first brick type better the darken bricks are not to strong. More people have choose the first brick type, there is a little different in the bricks. If you have Photoshop you could layer the building on type of each other and flick the eye button to see the difference. Montana Apartments Here's an update on Montana Apartments, I hope to have more on it soon. -
