Heres my city called Port Karn, its still not done yet as you can see, I've gotten bogged down in the suburbs... Current population is at about 2.2 million

I'm thinking its Mumbai (Bombay), one of the most important cities in one of the world's largest and fastest growing countries. It can only keep getting more and more important -
