Thanks, it's the 3 Rivers Region -it has a massive (ie 10000 posts) CJ at SC4D. I liked the look of it and the mix of terrain so I downloaded it, however 2 years later I still haven't generated all the tiles (256 large tiles!). Your desert region is great -I had a look through your CJ and was very impresssed!

Lol, thanks. I do have two highways in this region (RHW), but most cities are connected by suburban-shopping-corridor-avenue-type-things. I lack the patience and skill to fully connect my region with highways. Not a stupid question at all, I used to wonder the same thing. I use a program called Simcity 4 Startup manager. But another good one is Region Census. Just Google the names and you should be able to find them. If you need any help just PM me and I'll get the links for you. But this picture is also photoshopped to have the names, the bright colors, the white outline, a small part of the forest, and the cutout just to show the part of the region I want to show. Thanks! I try to make look like a realistic, American metropolis. Oh my god thank you do much -I've been playing this game for about 7 years and had looked into full region views but it had never worked before. I downloaded the SC4 startup manager and had a view within seconds! This is it ~(current pop 3.4 mil, target 30 mil)

This may be a stupid question, but how do you take a photo of everything at once? Do you take multiples and stitch them together?

But that building you linked is bigger than one tile, so it would be about a sixth of the 60k peeps per tile

Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but isn't the train on the right (yellow) part of London Overground, which is now part of London Underground? I'm sure the both use the same electric pick up system (two live rails in between the ones the wheels go on) so it's more like light rail than heavy rail.

Joined Geoff Wilson's server today!! Very good I've started building my house. Hope to use it more!

I built this port, then realised that it lies on a lake, with only tiny river connections to the sea. I might have to spend some time widening them... I don't really like building seaports; they are far too fiddly, but this was fairly painless to construct.

I seem to have a strange case of Wren-itis!

Develop some commercial and OWW port areas,  fill with commercial and medium high wealth res. It would look good on that coastline near the houses.
