I just wanna say this is one of the greatest CJs on the website and Im not trying to be picky, but 25% of the nations felonies is a completely unrealistic number. Thats like Detroit times 40 It does still get the point across though, and it fits the description.

The roof textures look great. The building textures could use a little darker of grey/beige though. Probably pushing it here, but perhaps you could include the Jimmy John's at the base of the building? Provide the virtual Detroiters with a good sandwich

colonel1: I think it would be great to have some Hamtramck style houses in the game, and I think both Jason and I have thought about making them at one time. Lotting them would be a bit involved though, because I think you'd need to squeeze at least 1 1/2 houses on a regular 1x2 lot (since they are so dense). quote> Actually, I think that a 1x2 lot would be just fine with it. 2004-2005. 3rd Grade was arguably one of the best years of my life. We just finished putting the addition on the house, we lived in a very nice city, and school was going well for me. 4th grade was the bad news - my parents drew my sister and I out of the house with no knowledge of the divorce whatsoever. We moved in 2005 to a house that still needs major work to finish renovations. The neighborhood kids are thugs and hillbillies and there's never anything to do. I gotta thank god for my family, friends and pets, or I'd go crazy :\

I know you guys aren't really big on doing houses, but there's this one type of house that's really popular in northeastern Detroit, especially Hamtramck and downtown Royal Oak; that I can't find anywhere on the STEX: This is a better example, although most of them have four doors - two on each floor: They're duplexes - usually housing for poor people. A few variations on 2x2 and 3x3 lots would make an awesome BAT

I'm homeschooled because the administration at my city's public schools are completely incompetent. The plan was for me to move to another school nearby, but since the school district of my city of residence refused to transfer documents to the other district; I was not able to join that school. As far as schoolwork goes, it's a tremendous improvement. I'm able to finish quicker by cutting out the thirty minute lectures. There are very few distractions besides the ones I cause myself - cooking, cleaning, taking short breaks, and the likes. With the program I am on, I basically learn from a book, and then my parents correct it and review the material with me. As an eighth grader this year, I tested into the middle of eighth grade in Science and Social studies; and early sixth grade in English and Math. Now that I've been homeschooled, I've finished all of the Science and Social Studies works in three months. I am currently working on the latter of the seventh grade year in English and Math, and I am also taking high-school level Health and French. I spend about 6 hours less doing school work than most public school students; and accomplish about three times as much. Like I said before, homeschooling is no longer a bunch of kids gathering in a dirt pit in a trailer park to be taught how to count and say the alphabet. Metaphorically speaking, of course.

Personally, I think that all of this is a good thing. I'm homeschooled, and I've realized as well as many others have; that I'm less stressed, my attitude is better, and for sure my grades have improved. People need to remember that homeschooling is not what it was 30 years ago. It's not something people from the boondocks and the backwoods do because their kids aren't smart enough to keep up in public school. Infact, it's quite the opposite nowadays. My mother works in Troy, Michigan [one of the most affluent 'big cities' in America]; and one of her co-workers lives in Commerce Township [still affluent - the median income is $72,702]. Her co-worker says that OVER FIFTY KIDS who attend the church in Commerce Township are homeschooled. Personally, I think it's great that more people are getting involved in homeschooling, especially around the world. It's a much better alternative to both public and private school.

Ayo! Sorry I haven't been active lately, been pretty distracted with schoolwork, GTA, and my mooch of a best friend. My biggest issue with staying active was the fact that my computer was getting alot slower with every plugin I installed. I've got a new computer now, though; so I'll be restarting Malenia as well as creating a new American city journal. Good to see Petrova's still up, active, and looking better than ever.

What is the model number? I have a SCPH-30001 that plays them fine. Not quite sure about 50001/70001/70002. If you can't tell the difference between them, 30001 has the three USB ports, 50001 has the two, and 70001 and 70002 are slimlines.

Here's how I would do it: SoltStan is right, begin with Russia. Split Russia up into four countries: Chechnya, Yakutska (everything in the Far Eastern Federal District), Siberia (Urals and Siberian Federal District) and the remainder as just Russia. After Russia is dissolved, form a new Democratic Republic consisting of New Russia, Finland, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova and Romania. Request accession into the EU. The key thing with this is it would take at least 16 years. After accession in the EU is granted, pass an "FDR" law saying that it is possible for the leader to keep power until re-voted. You would need to be clever with your politics, though. Maintaining a flawless diplomatic relation with the nations of Western and Northern Europe would be the best bet at this. If all goes well, becoming the president of the EU is the next step. Invite representatives from every country in Europe to a voting session. Poll them, going by majority, and not by country. With so many capitals to choose from, it would be best to choose a neutralized one, such as Bern, Monaco, Helsinki or Podgorica. Having a nationalist capital such as Paris, Rome, Belgrade, Berlin, or London will cause many problems. For the candidates I chose above as neutral, they are the capitals of nations at peace, have a heavily varied ethnic basis, and are small cities. In order to keep an independent nature, every country encompassing more than 1,000 square miles should also be allowed their own free district, letting them take charge of local government.
