  3. Creek Park Stadium

Great work! We needed more baseball stadiums
  4. Asheville "ART" GLR Tram

Great work on these, I'm certainly looking forward to seeing more from your team if future releases are as good as this
  5. I love the update, your road network looks great, and I love how your pictures are labled with other big roads, and landmarks.
  6. I love your CJ, your cities remind me of my own, I love how you mix in some custom content, but you can maxis throughout your cities. It is great to see a mostly vanilla gem, from a CJ that participates in unions, a lot of times the union CJs are all about having custom content, and the focus isn't on the cities. I love your CJ, and my only regret is that havn't noticed it until now Keep up the great work, and I will definately be following your CJ from now on
  7. Everett County

Great update, interesting situation with military control. I love the stadium too
  8. Nyhaven: Views From Within (AIN)

Looking good, I like the opera house bat, it fits in with the other buildings perfectly.
  9. Please do not spam the site with this garbage. Why don't you get a life and go find some other thing to occupy your time. Instead of being a child and ruining our beautiful website. Go annoy someone else ok good bye

Great update I can't wait to read more

Background: This will be my third cj ever, with my previous two on Simtropolis. This will be my fictional region which will consist of four major anchor cities, and several smaller suburbs and towns creating one big metropolitan area. The current pic of the region. History: The region was first explored by the British, who eventually founded the colony of Port Charlotte, named after the Queen at the time. The colony prospered as more and more colonists came. It became one of the major British ports in the new world for the British. When the American Revolution came about, colonists of Port Charlotte also fought for independence, due to the need of troops in the American Colonies, the British were driven out easily, and eventually signed a treaty with the colonists of Port Charlotte. The Quad Cities now, is a bustling American metro area. Transportation: Today the transportation of the region is very complex with subways, trains, and buses carrying many of commuters to and from the numerous destinations in the region. CSX, NS, BNSF, and Union Pacific, transport many goods, and products throughout the region. Amtrak handles passenger rail service in the region, and QCTA (Quad Cities Transportation Authority) transports many commuters by bus, elevated rail and subway. Port Charlotte International serves the flights from all around the world, and New Chatham Regional serves some international flights and handles transfer flights between other international airports in the region. A frieght train passes through one of Port Charlotte's industrial areas Sports: Sports are extremely popular in the region. No matter the standings, fans flock to see the games. We will look at the major sports venues in the region. Stadium at Harbour Park: venue type: baseball stadium seating capacity: 60,000 Teams: Port Charlotte Green Sox pic of the Stadium at Harbour Park. Seating Chart for Port Charlotte Baseball. Shop n' Save Center: venue type: indoor arena seating capacity: 20,000 for hockey Teams: Port Charlotte Prowlers pic of the Shop n' Save Center home to the Port Charlotte Prowlers of the STHL. more later please comment

A full update will be coming out tommorrow, until the here is a teaser
  13. Quad Cities Region

The Quad Cities will return after my small SC4 hiatus ends this weekend, expect a major development with the region.
  14. Quad Cities Region

Sim_Link- Thank you, I had limited space so I had to make it compact. Also the town is growing quickly. B22rian- Thank you, I have tried to perfect my skills with RHW and I'm glad you like what I have done. dcmetro34- Thank you, I'm glad I have built RHW better than an expert lol. I'm sure its not quite that good yet though.
  15. Greenbelt Metrorail Station

very nice detail, right down to the yellow safety line on the platform. Great Work
  16. The Laughing Moose Showcase

I love your cities and the way you present them I also like how you incorporated a hockey team into the region
  17. Quad Cities Region

Benedict- Thank you, yes there have been recent shopping mall developements. Also thank you for pointing out that milestone for my CJ Nathanthemayor- Thank you, I'm glad you enjoy the baseball updates. Sorry there haven't been many updates here recently. I have had a busy schedule lately with class, and I'm part of a new hockey program so I've been busy helping get that off the ground. Rest assured now that I will get some updates out over the next few months. Today we will take a quick preview at one new beltway being built under the Quad Cities Highway Project. Crews have been working hard at securing a right of way and have been building sections of the highway in the most populated areas first. The new Emerson Eastern Beltway will pass through southern Renior, turn north and head up through Richmond, and Crawville, then it will pass through the Sickawa Indian Reservation land, eventually passing through Breid Rock and finally terminating in Tyson River. The trumpet style interchange with I-890 in Tyson River was recently completed, the interchange is a bit different from the typical trumpet interchange. Northern Terminus of Emerson Eastern Beltway in Tyson River Now some pictures of the section of the beltway built in Crawville, not much to talk about with these pictures but there are some nice farm scenes in these. Main St. Exit Right now Main St. stands as the only exit for Crawville, but the small town of about 1500 people is slowly growing as Apple Grove just 5 miles west expands providing closer commercial and industrial jobs. Crawville is expected to be the site for Fulton County Stadium to be built for the 2012 ILB expansion team in Fulton County. Trucks already use this segment The segment of highway is open to truck traffic only right now, in fact Apple Grove Police are monitoring the exit ramps here to make sure no cars enter onto the highway. New stretch of highway just paved Just north of the Crawville exit a new section of the beltway has been paved and is now ready to open up to truck traffic. more soon please comment

Congradulations everyone. I should update my CJ this week :|
  19. Quad Cities Region

Smartbylaw- Thank you, I have been building some other highways but I have your idea written down on paper inside my SC4 disk case. B22rian- Thank you, yes I have been building my region up in the past few weeks, I should have a 2 million population update soon DCMetro34- Thank you, I tried to leave more open spaces and things to make them more realistic. TheObvious1- Thank you, I got them all off the STEX so if you like them, get them. Today we are going to preview two of tonights ILB games while I work on the next update. The New Chatham Crosscutters will be visiting the Blue Mountain Bears tonight for the third game of thier series. The Crosscutters look to sweep the Bears after winning by a score of 10-9 in 13 innings last night after a walk off home run by New Chatham center feilder Julius Gregory. Blue Mountain will be making some lineup changes from last night since they are without thier second baseman Chris Santana out with a pulled hamstring, as well as also going with left handed pitcher Lewis Calval instead of Jeff Lowert. Also the Renior Riverhawks will open thier 6 game homestand against White Water tonight. This is the first series between the two teams since late April when White Water swept the Riverhawks. The Riverhawks lead the league in hits with two players leading the league in home runs. Tyler Adams with 18 and Rolf Federman with 16, Federman also leads the league in RBIs with 50 thus far and provided the winning run for the West Division All-Stars. White Water comes into this series struggleing at the bottom of the league, with a record of 15-25. The Whirl have only managed to scrape across 10 runs in their last 12 games, and have stranded 26 baserunners at the same time.

None I do rely on feedback and criticism to help me understand what I need to improve on. So please everyone try to provide a comment when viewing. Anyway here is a news article for you while I work on the next update:

Great update Sgt. Pepper, I love that castle at the end of the update. May I ask where you got it?
  22. Quad Cities Region

b22rian- Thank you, yes my skills with RHW have been improving and I amm finally ready to start my biggest RHW project will be shown soon SmartbyLaw- Yes, I will consider your idea, once I am done working on some of my current projects. Aaron Graham- Thank you. The Quad Cities is booming right now, commercial jobs and high tech industrial jobs are growing all across the metro area. This growth in jobs has sparked another population boom, and in just a couple weeks the population has skyrocketed from 1.5 million to almost 2 million. This growth has caused areas around the metro are to become more urban as new zoning laws are passed allowing residential buildings to grow taller and taller, however suburban areas are also growing around the metro area, especially to the east. Apple Grove has seen many new neighborhoods pop up, and the new suburbs of Apple Hill and Hielman Forest of have sprung up recently. Today we will look at some of these areas. Picture of Renior Pavillion Mall First up is the new area of Renior Greens, this new area has many suburban neighborhoods and some low rise apartments. The area is named after the new country club built in the area, which allows many people in the community to join for a discounted price. The area is also home to Renior Pavillion Mall which is home to over 250 stores, 15 resturants, and 1 movie theatre. The area is also served by QCTA Bus and Amtrak commuter rail service. To the south of the area is the new extension of Highway 420. Next we will take a look at Apple Hill. Apple Hill is a new suburban community located east of the metro area, the community is fairly new, and has recently grown from having a popluation of 100, to a population of 2,500 people. The area is served by QCTA Bus Service, and the Ralph Pondrey Parkway. The area is home to a new shopping plaza, and is home to one of two Food Lion Supermarkets in the metro area. A suburban neighborhood in Apple Hill Apple Plaza is a new shopping plaza with a new Food Lion supermarket The Ralph Pondrey Parkway quick transportation to Apple Hill Hielman Forest is another new community home to about 3,000 people. The community is also a green community and is built around the protected Hielman Forest for which the town is named after. The town is served by QCTA's Forest Loop which has 4 stations and is the turn around point for trains on the Port Charlotte Corridor. A small clean industrial area in Hielman Forest Downtown Hielman Forest The Forest Loop winds its way through some neighborhoods The Blue Mountain Bears stadium is also located within Hielman Forest city limits I will have a special update soon when the region hits the 2 million mark for population. Please comment/ Critique

Trees on the soccer field First of all I love your commentary on that, very clever blaming it on the groundskeepers. Second your cities continue to amaze me. I must say the ports in Kendall are very realistic, and the exit for 10th Street at R-250 is exceptional, how you have fit the exit ramps in between the creek and highway. Some of those apartments built by the King look like they need some renovation (in my opinion). Also, just for a tip, although I really don't think you need it, put all your trees in before placing baseball and soccer fields. Great work on everything
  24. Branhattan

Very nice update. I think your trains could use a train skin though, they would really look better. But other than that great update
  25. Update 28 | Return To Athanos
