Mexico and United States
Frankie_Grove replied to FavreKev04's topic in Architecture & Urban Planning
Either way, I personally believe that calling a country '3rd world' is not polite at all. Just because they are not industrialized makes them inferior? Just because an area is 'undeveloped' or..is not up to date with modern technology and such does not make them inferior. And calling them '3rd world' is insulting. And the "south is always poorer than the north" phrase is very inaccurate as you stated, Cameron. Look at the UK, the Southern part is where most of the country's cities and wealth are. And by all means, Mexico has huge potential, however it's leaders are not willing to explore it. And foreign investment is little to none. ...just my 3 cents on it.. -
Well, that BAT failed as usual, so i have a new failure in store...er BAT...so here it is, the Westin of Atlanta, Georgia. However, i have run into some trouble as far as a test render goes, I can't seem to make the splines show, I do not want to extrude them, and i can not check them all as 'display mesh' as I need to do for it to render right. This is all I have: It's not very good at all yet, but it's all I have right now...comments and help please EDIT: also, I am making these part of the building, and the base building seperately so rendering does not kill me Details to the model also come later, the superstructure is my main goal atm.

Well...this is my absolute last resort... SunTrust Plaza Peachtree Plaza I made an honest effort to BAT these buildings, but failed miserabley . Skyscrapers are obviously not intended for BAT amatures.. They had to be the ugliest things ever produced by anyone....However, I put in a honest effort to make them..an failed, I have no regrets. However, I believe that someone else can handle the job....just that someone is not me..

blahdy, is it just the angle? or do those textures in the tunnel seem a tad bit crooked?

Perhaps begin your search here. And btw..most if not all of those were created by North_country_dude, the props used in them come from various dependencies...
