  1. Digby - East Coast Region

    Sweet! Welcome back!
  2. BSC Menu Management Lot Mod

I love this! It makes the menus so much easier to navigate, and the waiting after ploping the construction lot is a small price to pay.
  3. City Life Forum

While I will probably never play Citylife since the demo has not impressed me terribly and I'm very fond of SC4, I think it would be a good idea to consider a seperate area for Citylife. If there is room here for Sims, there certainly is room for Citylife.
  4. Solaria

That's a nice looking city, urban area looks very well thought out so far! I personally like more hills than you have, but the winding waterways should provide some nice character for the city as it grows up around them. Those farms look pretty cool, it's a very organic layout you've got.
  5. tungate (newville)

Very nice indeed! I really like how your suburbs are nestled amongst trees. Tenterden is a pretty little area. I like the terraforming and your use of ponds. As for your most recent updates, Wow! That is some impressive city construction. I've never managed to get a region over 1 million people, let alone 6.5 million. That's an effort you should be proud of!
  6. Anduin Valley Revisited

Very cool update! Tolfalas is going to be a pretty impressive high tech area when it's done! You've chosen some pretty cool models to work with. Can't wait to see what comes next!
  7. Anduin Valley Revisited

That's a nice looking port area! Very logical and efficient layout.
  8. For the Rail Fan Inside All of Us

Nice idea! Showing off your city through a transit tour. Looking forward to the next.
  9. Colorado: Sean9721

Looks good so far. I see you're planning on growing a metropolis. Just so you know, only your first, second and last images are showing.
  10. Under Bridge Scenery

Those walls look superb! Can't wait to see the final versions.
  11. RMIP 2 Small Airport Edition Vol 1

Brilliant work! I can't wait to see the stuff for the medium and large airports!
  12. ???

    Sorry, double post.
  13. ???

If you want to improve the terrain and trees, I highly recommend looking up the cycledogg columbus terrain, and his tree mods. I would be willing to say that mod along with the NAM are the two big things which brought me back to the game.
  14. Modular Industrial Lots

Nice idea. They look nice too!
  15. InnerCity Junkyard Modular

    Very nice work!
  16. Anduin Valley Revisited

Nice update! I like the new residential area, as it reminds me of the area I'll be moving to next month. The upper right apartment in picture 15 is particularly eye catching because it isn't square on the lot, which nicely breaks up the zoning pattern, just like a real development.
  17. Anduin Valley Revisited

Ok, I just finished reading your journal. Your attention to detail is unbelieveable, and is quite inspiring. I've really enjoyed seeing the technical side of your journal as well since you've given me some ideas on how to deal with some irritating issues in my own cities. Keep up the superb showcase!!
  18. Just Passing Through - A Rochefort Tutorial

Another great tutorial! The amount of detail that can be put into a simple city map like this is quite inspirational. There will probably be several areas like this in the region I just started working on.
  19. Green Depra

This is quite the region you've built here! Looks fantastic. Generally speaking, I have to admire the forethought of the city planners in keeping so much green space. The reservoir is a particuarly cool touch. It makes the basic pump stations look less out of place than normal. Anyhow, keep up the fantastic work!
  20. Purchasing the new software is an investment in the future of the web site. Also, Dirk did mention that he's familiar with the language underlying the site, which should make maintenance and customization much easier for him in the long term.
  21. Green Depra

This is a fantastic journal! I'm looking forward to seeing what's comming next.
