Origin: SimCity 2000™ Special Edition 'On The House'

This free offer has now EXPIRED.

This game is now free. Add it to your library, it's On the House!

Now you can design any city you can imagine and SimCity 2000™ will bring it, and its resident Sims, to life.

It has all the features, flexibility, art, animation, and power you need to create an environment of your dreams. Choose from a selection of bonus cities and scenarios to rule or ruin as you please. Build schools, libraries, hospitals, zoos, prisons, power plants, and much more... Lay down roads, railways, and highways. Explore the underground layer and build subways and utilities without compromising your aesthetics. Customize different buildings or design your own graphics sets from scratch.

This is the ultimate classic Maxis city-building and management simulation. If this game were any more realistic, it'd be illegal to turn it off!

Interesting.  Hal, please fix the typo in the title.  Oigin??  We know what you mean, but you really should mean what you say.

What a game. Really enjoying playing it. It was one of those inspiring games that changed my perspective of people, society and structure more then any class.

Even though I have the original game sitting up in my closet, I still downloaded.  Ahh, good memories of the 'old' days.

Still better then steam :P Man, after playing for a few hours, I forgot how much more fluff there was in Simcity 2000. LOVE the newspaper.

I used to play this game in 3rd grade :P Too bad its the DOS version though, I think the windows version was a lot more fun with its texture packs and stuff like that. I wish origin released SC3K as well because personally, I think that one is the best and one of my all time favorites.
