I don't see any problem here with what sucram17 has said. All I see is an overall positive review, with some perfectly valid minor criticism, and a four star rating. If you think that is a negative, and worth quitting over, then so be it. I think it is unfair to take out frustrations of negative comments in general on one user. If you want the site to foster a community that isn't allowed to have any criticisms about your work, you're not going to get it. Simple as that. It would be a big loss to the community if you stopped creating and releasing content, but if you can't see that the vast majority of people are supportive and love your work over the few of those that are negative, and fewer still that are derogatory, then I don't know what to tell you.

    - I could fix that by adjusting the Alpha. But you can't release texture modifications without explicit consent :(. But agreed, I don't like such things. What if I could get an S3D sidewalk prop over the top of it... I'll see if I can help here :).

*plunk* Did you hear that? Well, that was my own re-lot of gascooker's Tesco hitting the trash can - guess it's pretty safe to say that it's obsolete now. And did I read "RetailMania series", which implies that there will be more? I'm ready - keep 'em coming!

I can understand you. Making the basic BAT is the "easy" part. Getting it ready for upload, including the lots, pictures and readmes, is the hard part. I can see that you have put a lot of effort to make the lot overall balanced. I have thought that it would be much easier if I just make the models for myself and I would not offer it to general public. These kind of comments are often made without even downloading the file. I know that many rate the BAT by just the preview picture. Ok, I am guilty of that myself, but that is kind of stupid. Why rate something if you are not even going to use it in the game. Still I would say that the SimCity forums are polite ones. I have been in different types of forum where people routinely rate 1 star just because they don't like the subject. Often people just don't understand what kind of work is needed to create such a beautiful BATs as yours are. And not only well made, but balanced and they fit into game environment very well. And this is highly important for me.

There are two versions, growable office and landmark (non functional).

N.B: I made a very minor change to the 4x4 lot (a hedge was blocking the driveway) - apologies to the first 70 downloaders, but if it bothers you, you should re-download this file or you can make the change in the Lot Editor.

It's a beautiful building IMO. I like it, but I need to enter on the computer to test it yet

Ah that's Right, Mexico and Brasil have similar social progrmas of housing in the 60's and great architects of that period, You should look at some projects in Mexico like Tlatelolco of the Mexican Architect Mario Pani Darqui. Well we have many mexican films where you could watch cool Mexican Mid Century Modern Architecture, Like Cantinflas, Mauricio Garcés, etc. I don't have references in Brasil just Cidade de Deus.

@Diego Del Llano According to what I searched the complex was built as social housing plan indeed during the period of military government in Brazil, at the same time that several other major works were made, such as hydroelectric and bridges. It is one of the few of this type of complex that did not become what we call "vertical favela" and remains as a valued neighborhood.

I know, I know. I actually never created this building. As it says in the description it was originally created by Bobbo662 many, many (8+) years ago who never uploaded them. I'll take what I can get lol.

"Loading a city tile that has trees on it from a tree controller that no longer exists in your plugins will result in a Crash To Desktop." This is preventing me to install it. :( I don't know if I am using another tree controller, and can't remove trees painted from it. But I love the way your controller produces results. Wish I could do something. Good job blunder !

This is handy if you are building a city in a particular building style.

Don't let the haters and critics get to you. A LOT of people make big, BIG deals about textures and realism. I really don't understand why an overly detailed texture that barely even show up on lower-end computers and laptops, forces me to download ANOTHER dependancy, and looks the same as everything else (to my untrained eyes) means anything, but that's all the comments seem to focus on. Colors too bright? Star deduction. Textures too plain? Star deduction. This may be the greatest mod site on the earth, but it really needs to open its tent to the casual modders than can barely render a shape.
Did you see Kellydale's Eicosakis Biology Research center which was uploaded just yesterday? Or did you notice the featured upload, Jasoncw's Inland Steel? Now when you saw those, did you not notice a quite drastic difference of quality in what you have uploaded today and their work? I don't think anyone would expect someone's first BAT to be of the same quality, but you had to notice how your textures (I am assuming you used textures here) are of flat color and look comical? In fairness, your model isn't just primitive shapes, and appears to be scaled correctly, but poor textures and a bit boring lotting does make it quite clear that this is a first BAT and lot.
Let's see some of your masterpieces. For a first attempt at BATting, I'd say it is very good.

Could you please provide the link to the dependencies rather than just a name. Your BAT is very good 5/5.

Makes a brown box, meaning there is a dependency that we don't know of and also: DO NOT BULLDOZE THIS: It covers the whole map (almost) with max water pollution! >_< Please fix this.

You should make a rival chain of arcades with a pac man facade, too!
