Upon inspection, the download contains different folders at different heirarchial levels, basically this download is a structure for people to work off. It doesn't break the rules, but is a bit too divided in its categories. I think this would have been better as a thread in the forums for other players to work off.

What exactly is this? It would be better if you showed a picture of what it is/does.

That soccer stadium looks nice!. As i said on another Maxis prop job, we need to finish the prejudgement generated with some bad files recently updated

Surprizingly good. I am astonished to see something useful and good looking with Maxis props. Hope it will be a model for the others...... ;)

Very nice. You should give lessons!

I just tested this file, seems legit, though I don't see the need for using a installer, it adds to the overall download size.

Wow, really these people are so uptight. This is a decent relot, a nice sculpture, a single golf green. Oh no, near a road in the picture? It's your own city, place it else wear besides judging it from the picture. This is actually a pretty decent relot . Keep improving on it, and don't listen to most of these jokers. They have a hard time building their own cities as is.

Nice, I'd like to see the backalley pieces with fences/walls though.

I don't think anyone will ever use this.

ehhh i dunno, how will it look with cities next to other cities?

Thanks a lot! That's a great idea becoming SimCity 4 more realistc! :D

is it me or are the a lot more suckish useless bats/lots out recently i hope there just jokes cause if not its starting to get really pathetic :(

Lack of realism really kills your upload's rating, and lack of any effort for using only Maxis lots is an overkill on your upload's rating. 1/5 for lack of effort.

you should have done this but with a fighter jet plane, fighter jet planes have a more similar airplane sound.

I love trains and I missed all these infrastructurethings I need to buid realistic trainyards and Stations. for example I use these SFBT-parts, but your stuff looks more individual. Thanks for your work.

    I hate recycled maxis lots......

kendiecasttsoi is right - how many revised mayor's houses does the STEX need? I find that when uploaders tell me "it's better than the original Maxis lot," I tend to disagree. Everyone is free to upload what they want, but I wouldn't expect kudos and ass-pats for rearranging stuff in the Lot Editor...

IMHO I really don't see much of an improvement. The rocks that everyone pointed out as being odd are still present and the lot itself looks more like a bizarre fountain-under-construction then a geyser. Take a look at some real life pictures and try to mimic exactly what you see, if you do things from your mind, important details usually get lost in translation.

this bat is so well-designed one could build a whole new computer game around it!

Yeah, you definitely want to let us know how it was modified.

For fun, just to see what would happen. Unless you LIKE saving your file after annihilating it, just save before you plop it, and exit afterwards.

I would not be willing to pay $2000 to have this in my city - it's just a couple of basic textures, what's the originality in that?
  47. 1 point
they're good, but you need to make them a lot shorter and the lamps need to be smaller

All the money lots that I have either tracked or downloaded give money constantly. This idea is FAR FAR FAR FAR more practical. It's like a loan without the monthly payments or the interest. 10/10 ;)
