SFMaxis-History

It was 1989 when I did turn on my Commodore 64 a 5¼ floppy disk tagged "SIMCITY".

In 1994, abandoned, like many, COMMODORE products to switch to the PC, and my first purchase was SC200 for Windows 3.x

When it was released in 1999 SC3000 I knew that SC was no longer a game for me, but a hobby.

And in fact the confirmation came in 2003 with SC4

And so I started working on SanFanciscoMaxis map.

My style in SC4 provides the complete functionality of the city (transport, education,

health, safety, etc..). Moreover, the positive economics for all cities.

In the region SanFranciscoMaxis nothing is static.

I have always introduced the new changes, in many cases redesigning the entire city.

I never felt the desire to start a new region. All cities in SanFrancisco are

organized and managed to always have in positive economic activity, this is an arduous task.....but very funny!

The longevity of SimCity 4, for those who love build and operate, is infinite.

This is thanks to the genius of those who developed the game

and to the many "Creator" that make available to others their creativity.

UPDATE 01- Change visual and 3 new images

This is the second most important trading port in the region.

The city LAND has only 15.000 people, but thanks to its important port,

it has a very thriving economy (about $ 20,000 of income against to $ 11,000 expenditure).

My style in SC4 provides the complete functionality of the city (transport, education, health, safety, etc..).

Moreover, the positive economics for all cities.

Nothing is static in the region SanFranciscoMaxis.

Obviously are not used cheats.

LaGrange was the first city I started to realize. This city has undergone profound changes over time.

My style in SC4 provides the complete functionality of the city (transport, education, health, safety, etc..).

For better management of resources, I use the maps with all the information on the available capacity and consumption.

Significant cost savings are achieved by the utilities build large capacity (the unit cost drops considerably), which serve more than one city.

Power, water and waste require great care in their distribution, balancing resources between the various city requires more time, but the results are remarkable.

Below I show two synthetic maps, no data and other details, relating to power(nuclear) and waste(to energy):

This little town is a continuation of LAGRANGE.

It connects to the outskirts of the capital, but over the years,

developed its downtown full of skyscrapers and shopping malls.

There is also an industrial area.

My style in SC4 provides the complete functionality of the city (transport, education, health, safety, etc..).

Moreover, the positive economics for all cities.

Nothing is static in the region SanFranciscoMaxis.

Obviously are not used cheats.

I introduced the new LOT to be reworked with LOTEDITOR

bus stop (1x1)

various plazas (1x1, 2x1 and 3x1)

road signs (1x1)

driveways (1x1 brick, cement and stone paths)

Because I do not like to see pylons in my city, I found this solution:

a pylon connection - small lot with transformer - paths "MPT Narrow Pine Trail"

and transport the electricity to the outskirts of the city.
