LAND - the second most important trading port in the region

This is the second most important trading port in the region.
The city LAND has only 15.000 people, but thanks to its important port,
it has a very thriving economy (about $ 20,000 of income against to $ 11,000 expenditure).
My style in SC4 provides the complete functionality of the city (transport, education, health, safety, etc..).
Moreover, the positive economics for all cities.
Nothing is static in the region SanFranciscoMaxis.
Obviously are not used cheats.
The city is organized following the classical zonal available by request SC4:
the residential area (left)
the commercial center (center)
the harbor and the industrial area (right),
