Entry 39: Pololomia- Langley Plains East

This is an agricultural entry and since it's a big area and since the fields are so big, this entry will be a bit more shorter than usual. Anyway- enjoy plenty of massive greenery!

The area being viewed.

All the fields are created using MMPs.

3.S2FLcS.jpg

A small field takes about ten minutes to create.

While a large field can take up to twenty minutes to create.

I add in fencing and dirt which adds time to the process.

The MMP fields are strictly themed- that is they are made with a certain combination of MMPs.

This creates organic repetition!

The fencing and dirt is crucial to ensure the urban/rural transition looks convincing.

Mosaics are the only way to best show how these fields connect together.

A neighbourhood so small it may even be considered a village on the outskirts of Pololomia's suburbs...

In the next entry we explore a rather wealthy suburb, called Kendal, which is north-east of Pololomia's city centre.

That will be for Friday!

Looks lovely. Really like how clean the transition is between the rural suburbs and the townhouses. Also love how cohesive everything looks!

Really good job!

Those curvy mmp paths/roadways really compliment the scene well, as do the railway right-of-ways slicing through the landscape there. I use the mod that removes the autodirt effect when laying railways next to a lot, but leaving them in place does work better for rural scenes.
