First actual try on a w2w city...

Well, it's my first actual try on a w2w-city and I really like the main shape of this town. I just have the problem, that sometimes one or two single-family homes grow in more-story apartment districts. But at least I fixed the problem with employment crisis the most elegant way - I ass-kicked the §§§ sims with enourmous taxes out of the town:D And it works way better than before. Here are the pics:

Great W2W pictures! As always the curved suburbs are a real pleasure to look at.

 

I'll PM you this evening about creating large scale (land-based) industrial areas.

nice job mane, i love those halifax boxes that you've used extensively. also the location of the town is really cool, love it when places are crammed between water and hills

Okay, I'll give.... nice curved streets. You're really on to something. Personally, I would knock out the new Sim stuff and stick with the older downloadables.  Nicely landscaped!  Looking forward to your progress.
