Yep. The only thing I grow "naturally" are residentials. I plop all com and ind lots. This way I can achieve a more realistic look than SC4 "naturally" allows. :)

I'm trying my darndest to find it for you so I can link you to it, but I'm having no luck. I can't find it on the STEX or LEX, so I'm guessing it was one of those fringe Japanese downloads. The title of the lot itself is EN_2107_SkyWalk1-1_v1_394bcba0, if that helps any. If I come across it, I will def share it! :)

I really like this. It's uniform, clean, and overall very realistic. The layout is nice, and you've done a great job paying attention to details such as skywalks from parking garages to towers. My favorite part has to be that park by the waterfront. Keep up the good work! :thumb:

sim city 2013 never will.....and that is why I got my old disk out and have taken a week to obtain all the mods I once had..hence cornering the market on endless hours of fun and creativity within a timeless game...LOL!
