I'm not sure I understand your question.
However, these are the plugins that I use for the rail (in this order of loading):
z_Rail Upgrade Mod RVT by rivit
PEG_AlternateRailwayMod_205.dat

First thing I do not use any Slope Mods.
I do manually terrain modeling, I use the tools "elevates", "lower" and "level" setting with [i]shift [/i][i]+1[/i] (the radius) and [i]Shift[/i][i] + [/i][i]F1 [/i](the intensity) and then working on each tile .
Moreover, for the beach, I use the tool "Smooth" in God mode (alt + ctrl + shift)

Ahh sorry for the confusion I meant what mod do you use for the beach umbrellas on the lot, the people in the water, etc. etc.

Ok sorry.
In the beach there are tents (NBVC_TentsMMP), sims people (Badsim-Namspopof Sims MMPs), bathers (Vnaoned_VIP_Baigneurs),
surfers (NBVC_Surfers), kayaks and zodiacs (GDV_BOATPLOP) and boats (CALs Boats + PEGs Boats)

There are lots of terrain mod, some of which are beautiful.
I Have tried many and finally I chose "Rock Mods - Calm Limestone" by [i]dogfight[/i] [url="http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/19057-rock-mods-by-dogfight/"]http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/19057-rock-mods-by-dogfight/[/url],for my personal taste
and technically because I find it well balanced at various heights of the land.
I try to change the water, but none satisfied me, I use original MAXIS.

What texture is that on your NAM Tuleps for the roads, it looks very nice, oh, and the white median in the roads

I use:
- Network Addon Mod Version 30 (September 2011) with Essentials r132 by the NAM Team
- NAM Euro Cosmetic Re-Texture Mod v1.0 by MRTNRLN
- Sandstone Sidewalk and Base Texture Mod by Paeng ([i]last loaded[/i])
