I am now creating a new city, Fremont to the East of Palmetto City. I am making a huge CBD on the other side of the river since Unemployment is going up in Palo Alto and Palmetto. The problem is the homes on the other side of the river are also getting abandoned. for some reason teh sims are too stupid to cross the bridge to where there is ample jobs. can anyone help me with the issue? ill post a pic later

thanks my city of Fremont has a huge issue. buildings are being abandoned because of crime taking over the buildings. the thing is i have more than enough police stations put up and even built a jail. yet gangs are taking over office buildings and causing the tenants to leave. what could be the cause? perhaps the triads of Chinatown that i built? lol

Fox! Very nice, as is always the case in Alicante City! That plaza with the pool looks amazing (how did you do that?)! And I know this is annoying, but I'm wondering where I may find that tall white and blue building in the upper right hand corner behind what I believe is NDEX Hearst Tower.

Everyone else - Cities are looking incredible! Do cities get noticbly 'nicer' and 'better' looking when you get over a certain population amount? i mean, ive only got a pop of 1000 and everything looks dull, no nice houses etc etc.
