Could someone make a tornado siren on a 1x1 lot? I have two regions that have a midwestern US feel and tornados are known to ravage the region. It doesn't have to be functional. Just something to make my suburbs and towns a little more realistic! Thanks if anyone can help out!

I'm thinking about creating an O'Hare int'l airport CJ and i need this lot

its called a highway oasis, it has side onramps and off ramps but only conects to the highway no roads run out of it it also has 2 "On the run" gas stations by exxon mobil

these images are prototype images of the Hinsdale oasis outside Hinsdale illinois a suburb of chicago

one of these oasis' is right next to O'Hare (google earth image)

The idea here is to transit enable a CS$$ lot

The Watergate Complex buildings in Washington, D.C. It would be nice to have them all togethe ron a lot, and then seperate. I also second the call for the United Nations.

but was never fully finished instead the gmax file was uploaded in 

the ST Exchange under 3ds model files for anyone else to finish it 

which never happened.

okay, i would like to see the sears tower. i know people have already made this, but no bodys done it with the right color roof.

the roof of the sears tower is RED. there areonly to avaible in stex, black and one in white roofs. if somebody could just take thatt and add burgandy red roofs onto it i would be very gratefull.

May somebody please create a Black and White House from Singapore? These houses are mostly low density and are middle class. They are also stunning and used to house the British military whilst they were occupying Singapore. As i do not know how or have the time to create one of the different styles of housing that there are (there are many styles as each rank had a different size of house) i am pleading that somebody create one of these. I have been living in these for almost 10 years so you can understand the hope for that somebody will create one. Not only will they look good on their own but they will also look good in a suburban neighbourhood!

The game lacks functional car-ferry terminals. Yes there are a handfull on the stex and some of them are workable. But a very limited amount have the options needed for a city - region that uses mass transit and with alot of water ways. 

I'd like to request a transit enabled car-ferry terminal that has the following options:

1. Two road access points. 
2. One rail access point. And perhaps one light rail access. 
3. Capacity of 4k. 
4. Two versions; access, function & capacity the same, just to break it up a little. 
5. Should not replace original car-ferry.  

The rail access is important. I'm not worried about subway or bus since they can always be added next to the station. Some of the statons I'm using now are bursting at the seams.

-A suburban mall to with these stores and a Nordstrom. Like the department stores by SimGoober. I want the mall to look like Stonebriar Centre in Frisco, TX. It should be big (20x20), lots of parking, NDEX style parking lots, transit enabled. I would also like a slightly denser version of that same mall (Like the Dallas Galleria)

How about an airport tram, like the one in Joerg's airport pack, but that also functions as an EL, subway, or train station. Better yet, make it a transit hub. FYI, Joerg's airport tram is a fully functional airport, to simulate transportation to regional airports.

Allright, I'll post it here even though it doesn't belong here... I'd get beaten up for putting it anywehre else.

For those of us who found we could no longer develop farms, I'd like to see plop versions of the maxis farms. The buildings as one plop, and then 2x2 and 1x1 versions of all the feild variations that came with the game. I belive this is just a lot editor task... just a simple matter of copy and paste. Make them as parks, make them functional, it doesn't really matter to me. I just found myself unable to finish the best city I've ever built because the game put the farm lock on at 30,000 sims.

And, if somebody would be willing to do this... I'd really, REALLY appreciate it.

After browsing stex for a week I thought the following things were either missing or in very limited choice/"low" quality (you get spoiled searching stex)

police stations

prisons

a nice campsite (i really need some for my new rural/forest areas

PEG pond/stream: rapids and a watermill (maybe i should go to peg's site for that)

a logging company (I thought I had seen one before, but really can't find it anymore)

additional universities!

a good racecircuit

a roadtop taxistand that actually uses the plugged in taxicabsautomata

an update of the militairy/airforce/rocketbase rewards..

well, that's about it, just some hints on what I think stex needs a little more of

while I'm at it: I'd really love to have some sort of Timesquare in my city, with lots of people and billboards, screens and lights. maybe modular is the way to go on this one...
