SimCity needs more small industry buildings....where a building would hold numerous industries like t-shirt printers, fire equipment, bath and kitchen sellers for builders.

 

Clean industry in small shops so you could have a stretch of clean industrial that looks good.

 

 

 

In Milwaukee we even have them popping up and they look like storefront suburban malls but they are all small industrial companies.  It would add great variety and not just have dirty manufacturing

I would like to see more better real looking military lots. How about a navy base? I know that Pegasus is re-releasing his base but could one of you batters create one? Also what about a bigger airforce base? With better props and more real looking things. Its time that there be a stronger military force presence in simcity!

A navy base sounds like a good idea,

 

Say if I have a Region with a harbor then put in a
navy base - it would have ships going in and out of port.
 ( Aircraft Carriers, Battleships, Cruisers, Destroyers, Frigates, Submarines )

In much the same way that when you place the Cargo Port,

Cargo Ships come in and out of port.

Hi all. Can someone create the Adelaide Festival Centre. I am creating a new region of my home town, Adelaide and the festival centre is a icon of this city, it would excellent if someone could make it. Here are some pics for anyone interested::

That building to the right in the middle picture looks like the sky rise deluxe condoes!  lol, anyways, I would definatley like to see some more military lots.  Military bases, air force, navy, the works.  I know fosterk and peg were making navy lots, but I would also like to see some army lots.

As a non-BATter, I have to rely on others to create things like the London Eye and Trafalgar Square to use in my cities... I totally respect all the creations made on here, knowing that I can't make them in a million years!

I have one request though, which might interest the Sim Mars Project. What about trying to make a Space Elevator? A long line of carbon fibre connection to a space station from Earth? With animated elvators going up and down, disappearing into the clouds? On the ground would be a kind of airport/cargo facility.

Anybody? The carbon fibre into space would have to be the longest/tallest thing ever in Sim City, bar none!

Is anybody interested in making lighthouses?
Could somebody please make Barnegat Lighthouse in Barnegat Light, NJ?
Tallest lighthouse in NJ at 170 feet tall, and I think it's second only to Cape Hatteras. But I'm not sure.

On the subject of lighthouses, the city of Cape May Point is in need of a BAT artist to recreate its historic lighthouse. At 157 feet, I'm guessing it's the second tallest lighhouse in New Jersey.

The lighthouse should light up at night, preferably with the rotating beacon. A small residence should be included for the lighthouse keeper. For specs and building materials

Whatever happened to progress in developing realistic major hospital complexes, like these:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'd like to see some of these, something like these, a design of these caliber, or a major hospital complex for my large cities.  Or, even a not so urban hospital complex for a large regional hospital.

OK, since everyone was getting upset with me posting in the wrong thread, I'll go here. In which BTW, I overlooked the first time!!!

 

With me being 3/4 Lakota/Sioux Indian and having lived on a reservation when I was a child. I was thinking of a BAT lot of teppe's. Somewhat like the old reservation use to be. A medium sized lot with teepe's around campfire that lights up at night. And included could be individual teepe's that you could plop where ever you choose. They could come in different colors; brown, white, etc. And maybe some writing on the side of some, like graffiti on a building. Marking some teepe's were very important way back when b/c it let people know which home belong to who in the tribe. I would create it myself, but my PC won't let BAT work for me. I would LOVE if someone could get with me and maybe work on something like this. I don't really know how other's would take to my idea for this lot, but it would be for me. Anyhow, Thank you very much for whoever reads this........and to some other people: QUIT getting so TESTY @ other's b/c they don't happen to post in the RIGHT exact SPOT they're supposed to.
