Thanks for the feedback James. I shaved last fall after I was in the hospital.  When I went back to work a few later my immediate supervisor took off for a few weeks.  I wanted to see her opinion before growing back my goatee.  My wife has intimated she liked it, so it'll come back sooner or later.  I can't really grow a full grown beard; maybe I could use the hair I'm losing from the middle!

Geez, that pic is nowhere near good.. I just altered the contrast and brightness and cropped it. I wanted to hide my sunburn and the fact that I haven't shaven for a week at the time (take a look at my chin).

Wow.  I can definitely tell a family resemblance to your sister, especially in the eyes.  Your face is longer than hers though. (or maybe hers is rounder?)
EDIT: Don't worry, that's how people tell my wife and me apart!

The eyes almost always give it away in most families, even if there is little other resemblance.  I'd bet you have other members, perhaps grandparents, whose eyes look similar.

My eyes are exactly like my grandpas... Well, one of them is. They're kinda mis matched. My left eye is like my grandpas, and my right eye is like my mom's, but blue instead of murky puke green

 

It's hard to explain.. you'll just have to wait for the picture
