When I saw the name of the city here, I thought it was going to be a recreation of the 85/40 corridor because the real life Graham, NC lies on it...but then again, its the county seat of Alamance County, not Graham County... The only reason I know this is because I'm going to college in the area. You've done a really good job of recreating the NC city feel...good work. -
If money is not an option, I recomend Final Cut Pro (on Mac) or Adobe Premiere Pro (on PC). I've made movies on both, and they are both great linear editors. Final Cut, I know, is a Hollywood standard.

The Capital of the World!
ginchael replied to spacenuteskimo's topic in Architecture & Urban Planning
New York, without question. It may not be the world's largest city (Tokyo), the largest financial powerhouse(maybe Shanghai or Singapore?) or the most diverse (Toronto). But traditionally this is the city the most people can associate with or recognize. It just...is. -
Sorry I haven't been around recently--I just started college and its been a crazy couple of weeks... Great updates, love the mining updates. I tried to do something similar to that in Armalis, but yours is much, MUCH better, as always. It might be a little late now, but good luck on your surgery. Hope you get better soon!

Nice to see some mass transit in Macedon! I especially like the bridge next to the cliff--it creates a very nice effect...and the small suburb is great too. Great work once again pal.

By far, Butters...just cause everyone else hates him and he was abused by his parents.

I'm gonna "expand" with two movies I have seen recently. A Clockwork Orange Little Miss Sunshine The first is Stanley Kubrick's best (and most messed up) film, the second is just...wow.

OMG It's Paletexan--they guy who inspired me to not use the grid tool way back before I even joined ST! From what I've seen of your website so far, you've still got it-Your street patterns are fantastic. Can't wait to see Athenee expand even more! -
