LMAO...no plastic surgery Duke, just a very talented makeup artist    (she was from New Zealand actually, and worked on the first LOTR film before moving to the UK)   The makeup is really top quality MAC stuff (which I now use anyways, but don't have the range of products they have at the studio), and is applied very very heavily.  Its also lighting, a professional photographer and set and of course, curly hair...they spend around an hour and a half doing your hair and makeup before taking the photos.    

...never underestimate the power of makeup

 I think they're nice pictures too Dani.  I appreciate Ash's concerns as a parent.  There's often a pride vs. protection tension going on when comes to showing off our children.  -JoeSocWork
