Great use of the pine trails....Gotta love em.

The night shots of Cosat Tramuntana are spectacular....In pic 59.10, are those residential buildings on each side of the railroad tracks?

The camping is awesome, Sa pusa looks like a wonderful place to live. The Central plaza in Costa Tramuntana looks very nice, I never thought that a Maxis landmark would look so good in a CJ. 59.07 is very nice also, I just can't stop loving that old fort.

Hmm... No bear sightings in the camp area. I must say that is very nice. It looks real too.

Great work Jeroni! I loved your use of the pine trails to create a camping area, you're so lucky you have such creativity! It's taken this CJ to new heights.

Jeroni, I think the TOC on your site is a great idea....It looks pretty good for someone without much knowledge of HTML.  I think the organization is pretty good as well.

A few things I noticed.  (1) The page 2 links are linked to page 1.  (2) I would bring the start of the text on the page towards the top, that way a user doesn't have to scroll to far to start looking.  (3)  You may wish to make your background image a watermark image so that it remains static on the page and doesn't repeat.

I hope that I don't sound too picky....I just wanted to pass along some of the things stuck out to me.  It is all meant with the best intentions.

I do know a bit about writing HTML code.  If you ever have any questions, just PM or email me.

    Regards,

    Hi, Jeroni.

What a special update this is for me!  Thank you so very much for naming a fishing villiage for me.  I am quite touched and very honored!  WOW!!  Thank you, Jeroni.

    Sa Pusa
58.1 and .2  Your bridges are always quite nice, Jeroni.  I espcially liked your arched bridges.  Great work!

58.3 and .4  I must say I'm quite taken with El Rincon de Vandy!  i especially like the way you have it nestled between the shore and the uplifted land behind it.  It certainly does look very quaint and tranquil.  As long as visitors respect its beaches and keep our villiage clean, they will be welcome.  However, there will be still penelties and fines for any malfeasance that occurs!

Jeroni, please help my Spanish translation.  I do know that this name translates to The Rincon of Vandy.  Does Rincon translate to an English word?

58.5  Oh, very nice!  A place to go to relax from the every day trials and stress of city life.  What a very nice touch to your region, Jeroni.  I do like this camping area and look forward to its development.

    Costa Tramuntana
58.6  That is quite an interesting railroad tunnel.  I would assume that it is a transit-enabled tunnel?  Is the tunnel entrance an in-game item or a BAT/Lot?  I wonder if the people living in the orange-roofed house above the tunnel vibrate when the train goes under the house?  < grin >

58.7 and .8  That is quite a steep set of stairs.  Certainly want to make sure that you have a good sense of balance walking down them.  What a pleasant walk along the river bank.  I quite enjoyed it.

58.9 and .10  That is quite a nice park, Jeroni.  Just a suggestion?  What would you think about making it just a bit bigger and putting a path around the edge.  I believe that would make it a bit more eye-appealing as well as give a bit more room around the fountain.  That fountain would be a wonderful place to sit on a warm summer afternoon.  Do peopel in Mallorca play in the fountains?  I remember when I was younger (in the US Navy stationed in Pennsylvania), I use to go into Philadelphi and play in the fountain at Logan's Circle near the art museum.

Great update, Jeroni.  And, again, thank you for the fishing villiage.  I have really enjoyed that!

    Regards,

    Vandy

    Hello, Jeroni.

As soon as I believe that your next update won't be better than your last, you prove me wrong.  Jeroni, your updates keep getting better and better.  Your eye for detail is really amazing!

    Sa Pusa
59.01  I really like this camping area.  I'm sure you would have a wonderful view from on top of the mountain. Also, I would imagine it would get a bit brisk at night given its height.  All the more reason to have someone warm beside you!  < grin >

59.02  Another great view.  I see that there are some available places to the north and south of the camping area that could be developed.  You might think of putting in a playground for the children?  I like your use of wind power for the camping area -- nice and clean and unobtrusive.

59.03  I want to go up into the Observation Tower.  I can just imagine the beatiful view you must get from up there!

59.04  You give your areas such wonderful touches of realism.  Horseback riding!  What a wonderful addition.  What are you using for your camping area lots?  I believe I've seen them before but can't quite remember where.

59.05  Jeroni, I know I've said it before but every time I see one of your overall view pictures I marvel anew at how good you are at tying together your areas.  I do enjoy these views.  By the way, that is a very nice fishing villiage at the edge of the river!  < grin >

    Costa Tramuntana
59.06  Ah, the Central Plaza.  It is very nice looking and would be a wonderful place to spend an afternoon.

59.07  I wasn't sure about the Old Fort whe you first placed it.  However, it fits very nicely now.  I do like the way the houses back right up to it -- just the way you would expect it to look in some of the old parts of the Mediterranean.  I'm still undecided about the little villiage next to the fort.  Great night shot.

59.08  What a gret view of the cathedral at night.  Very well done!

59.09  Costa Tramuntana is steadily developing.  There seem to be a few areas that can still be built on but the town seems to be quickly filling up.  It does give the air of an older area but one that has been developed (as I've said before) into a governmental complex.  You've done a good job here.

59.10  That small row of homes between the farms is interesting. One would imagine that it would be relatively peaceful living in this area.

Great update, Jeroni and I'm certainly looking forward to more to come.

    Regards,

    Vandy

    Hey Jeronji,

The table of contents is a very good idea. I think the website is also very nice. Great background, amigo. 48.gifI like the rural look of the lost city. I really like the rail station too, and I see you are using the new PEG, Swamper no dirt texture rail mod. I don't really like the mod, but in your city journal it just seems to add beauty to SCR. See ya later.

    hey jeronij,

in the first page of this forum, you have an underwater tunnel.  i have searched endlessly for a mod which would allow this to no avail.  i was wondering if you could point me in the right direction.  the tunnels that you made are great, and an inspiration to me, and i want to duplicate that. please help.

    thanks a million
