I am glad to hear you are interested in Palm Point. It is a honor to have your comment.
--------------------------------------------------------------
The first thing I noticed when scrolling through the updates was the regional picture. I am really amazed at how well the buildings and the water looks in the city. I can also tell that there will be some tall towers in Costa Tramunatana, the PDA Washington tower to be specific. I really love the look of the new urban town. I really loved the two updates, see what living in two different countries can do to you, lol.

Hola amigo!

Really great pictures, I'm waiting with anticipation the firsts serious updates of Costa Tramuntana! 19.gif
Looking at the pictures, I've noticed the big square building that we see in 2 pictures, first in the pic you named dense urbanity it's in the lower left corner, and then it the pic named Crazy parking it looks very Urban some kind of manufacture? or shopping center? 42.gif

The way you use your parking and parc set, by adding little roads, or streets  before the entrance, is adding a lot of realism in your city, the only one I've seen using this technique beside you is dhoppeii.

That is again great work Jeroni.

Take care!
And warm salutation to your wife and Damian! 5.gif

    Good morning dear CJ visitors !!!

    I am glad to see the excitement those last close ups have created 2.gif !!!. I have decided to make a modern urban dense Office center in Costa Tramuntana. I think it will be a nice experience to mix such a thing with the existent developments.... Anyway, I am enjoying to do this area, the full CT South Bank, because once again, this is something that I never tried to seriously do before. In fact this CJ is a test to see what I can do with the different possibilities the game offers.

    And with no further delay, lets go with

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//Portada01.jpg align=baseline>

    UPDATE 61

    SA PUSA
    KNLOWLEDGE IS NECESSARY

    61.01 A view on El Ricon de Vandy, before it was completely developed... ( I like this view !!!)

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//U61_SP_01.jpg align=baseline>

    61.02 And this is the way El Rincon de Vandy completed its development.

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//U61_SP_02.jpg align=baseline>

    61.03 There is still a small corner to be developed in Sa Pusa... Some Schools were absolutely necessary at this point.... First step.

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//U61_SP_03.jpg align=baseline>

    61.04 Second step... the thing starts to look like better... ( some parks can make wonders.... 2.gif)

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//U61_SP_04.jpg align=baseline>

    61.05 Third step, the completed thing.

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//U61_SP_05.jpg align=baseline>

    COSTA TRAMUNTANA
    THE TRAIN STATION IS NOT ALONE !!!

    61.06 An overall look on the situation.... ( yes, the train station is still alone....)

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//U61_CT_01.jpg align=baseline>

    61.07 A quick view on the main road connection from the island....

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//U61_CT_02.jpg align=baseline>

    61.08 Here you can see how the main avenue in the island develops... Many sorts of recreation are available here....Theatre... Cinema....

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//U61_CT_03.jpg align=baseline>

    61.09 Is it looking better ?

    Jeroni,
    First please accept my apologies for my inattention. While I was writing my post I was so sure of your son's name that I didn't take the time to reverify it. It was a mistake and I am really sorry for that lack of respect towards you and your family. 15.gif

    And now on a more lighter note!  5.gif
    Sa Pusa
    Those pictures are so beautiful and serene! I just love that walkway that's descending all the way to the tennis courts! And in 61.05 the look of the terraforming with your residential walls facing the river is simply astounding. 29.gif44.gif
    I'm really running out of words to qualify you incredible work amigo!  42.gif
    You are not only VERY talented, but I really believe that what you have is a GIFT! 19.gif
    And you really can turn any little parcel on your map in little corner of paradise!

    Costa Tramuntana
    Good pictures! The overall feeling is one of precision and neatness. Urban in an old way! A touch of modernity is added by the cinema and the parkings. I also like the fact that just over the bridge some farmland are there to ad some diversity! 48.gif

    Thank you for the research you made to find the link to the bastille opera! I really appreciate that you've taken some time to help me. (I've already downloaded it!) 3.gif

    As for showing us more pictures of Ets Amunds, yes! by all means, that is a very good idea! 44.gif

    Again amigo this is a treat you've given us with this update!

    P.S. About Bastian in The never ending story, I've read that book (a long time ago 2.gif) and that boy had so much imagination... in a way it seems fitting that you chose such a name, it goes very well with what you're showing us since the beginning of this wonderful CJ! 2.gif

    Amigo, take care and please forgive me!

    Hey Jeronji, basically what I meant was there is a time difference so I am not always here to see the updates. ^_^ About the GIF movie gear program I can always show you what I do step-by-step to help you later. 2.gif
    -------------------------------------------------------------

    About the update, the houses look amazing and as schools.They look very old-school, 18.gif. I really like the way you have that little island just level enough so you can see the trees. I am surpised at well that looks. 61.08 has lots of beauty and I am amazed at how well you are with the seawalls. I can teach you about the GIF editor program and you can teach me to work with the seawalls. 5.gif

    I don't really see how I can add to any of the above comments, but I'll try. I'm flabergasted!
    BTW Where can I get the modern cinema used in 61.10? I have seen it on the STEX, I just can't find it now!

    Hi Jeroni!

    I'm impressed by every update you do!

    61.01 Oh wow, I love how El Rincon De Vandy looks! 9.gif17.gif

    61.02 Good lord! I love that road! I would drive up that anytime! 44.gif

    61.03 Awesome!2.gif I would go to that school! 44.gif

    61.04 Great work! This pic looks great because of the nice amount of flora surronding the school. 44.gif

    61.05 Looks great! You probably have like 10 hours per day to do this? 2.gif

    61.06 Train station looks awesome, and that entire area is beautiful! 6.gif

    61.07 You know what? I would jump into that river now! Cowabunga!! 47.gif

    61.08 Oops, looks like I see some NJZs! 1.gif

    61.09 Much better! That view looks so realistic! 29.gif

    61.10 I've got tickets for two! 44.gif

    Thanks for the great updates as always!
    Cheers,
    KOSC

    SCR never ceasses to amaze me!

    The use of your walls add a great touch, to your CJ, and the area mimicked, in this CJ is very charming, i.e. the feel, to it all...

    P.S.: Type in zoneria, in the cheat box (press CRTL + ALT + SHIFT + X in game) to hide the zots, and empty zones; it will make the region look even better 1.gif

    Keep up the good work 44.gif

    Love the shot of El Ricon de Vandy (61.01)....What truly adds to this pic, I think, is the shadow of the palm trees on the water.

    I really like how you built the development in pics 61.03 through 61.05.  The finished product looks fantastic.

    Looking at pic 61.07, I came to realize that you seem to know just which bridge to place in any given area.  This bridge is perfect for this part of Costa Tramunta.

    Great Update...44.gif

    Great work!  I love that isolated school... looks kinda like the private schools that line the Fox River in IL, USA (where I'm originally from).

    To answer a quick question of yours: no, I don't have a CJ- I don't have the time I'd wish to post, however, I'd like to change all that... I just need to choose a worthy region.

    I work for the US Army. I go places, visit mean people, and kill them.

    Winston Churchill is generall credited for saying something to the effect of: "People sleep soundly in their beds because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf". That about sums up my life, besides the "rough men" part.

    Looks very nice jeronij! I have a few things to say though:

    Pic 1: Your diagonality won't work well, because if you look at the arrows, some don't touch the road.

    Pic 2: Very nice EL rail! I love how it goes over the intersection!

    Pic 3: What is that amazing building!?!?

    Yes, again a great update.....How is it possible to have 51 pages of great updates42.gif

    I will be interested to see how your experiment in diagonals turns out.  YAH, the one thing I have learned about Jeroni is that he usually doesn't post a pic without a reason.  If someone can make that work, it'll be him.19.gif

    The transportation pic is a great picture.  Sometimes I wonder if you might be a photographer42.gif  You have mastered a knack for picking, framing and capturing a point in time from your cities.29.gif

    --
    Actually, it will work. All you need is for one side to be touching the road, and it won't get abandoned, as long as that lot doesn't get split into two.

    And: Where'd you get that church from? Me wants. 25.gif
