This one is by @mattb325 and it is called the Door Mat Factory or Mrs Markhams Incontinence Pads and Doormat Co.. It is actually a freight station. It can be found in the SC4D LEX Legacy - Mattb325 IRM Industrial Pack over on SC4Evermore.

I'm thinking that a JSON file could be created for SC4Pac users to use as an installer for this content. Many mods need metadata and revisioning, while some mods need to be uploaded to Simtropolis, but otherwise it could be a more effective method of sharing content files
