I'm not really sure but he's been missing from the forums for a very long time now.

There was completely no prior hint or warning that he intends to leave the forums. Since he was last seen in May 2022 (I believe?) I once suggested that it might simply be an absence caused by summer vacation, but it looks like it was not the case all along...

Anyway, it's a nice practice of making these "appreciation" topics @SIM-ple Jack.

The "SimCity 4" vanilla Opera House is the most evil thing in existence. Avoid.

My city journals! *:read:
- SimCity: Tribalism - seven urbanization concepts clashed together
Saving Magnasanti... - the most depressing city in history being revitalized

Also worth checking...
- "TMC's Drawing Board" - my city designs and plans.

Thanx. I plan to make more, unless of course, someone beats me to it first. On this anniversary year, it's appropriate for these to be made. I'm thinking SOMY, girafe, Barroco Hispano/Goldman Sachs, uki, Pegasus, Mary Maurine Mayo, xannepan, and others with large bodies of work, we all enjoy. Feel free to "steal" my ideas. *:D

His research centers were all nicely done. My particular favorite is the Oran-Nayar-Blinn Research Center:

He made some really cool industrial buildings, such as the Whoop-Ass Factory:
