I've never played attention to the ESRB label but for some reason I came across it and saw that it had "sexual themes." How?! The only idea I have is that woman's voice that plays when you throw money out of the limo...

That's true. In LE it is possible to actually put down a prostitute prop showing off her ass-ets.

Prima Guide clearly states that whatever happens on the screen, fully and accurately reflects what's happening in the city. It makes even more sense when you consider that "prostitution" is one of the crimes listed on the city charts. Thus, it looks like it's a vanilla thing then.

Hello, my name is Mark and I am a recovering pervert.

Ah I completely forgot the crime panel  Well I guess they some reasoning for those 2 things imo still dumb.
