3-deep Drag n Drop

First of all, Hi.  I have a thing where I always like to zone my lots 3 deep, always...  The problem is that the vanilla game only lets you zone 2 lots at a time if they are 3 deep. And building a city 2 lots at a time is time consuming and depressing.  Is there a Mod that will allow you to Drag and drop 3x lots the same way as 2x or 1x lots without the game suddenly suggesting/demanding its own version of the neighborhood you want to create?

Please let me know if I need to be clearer, it's a confusing thing to explain.  If there is not an app that does this someone needs to make one.  I think it could be huge.

I know prexacty what you mean.

Hold down the Shift key whilst dragging your zones and see if that fits the bill.

Just complementing Cori's reply above, this post has some more info on precision zoning techniques. (And also see this thread too.)

And also it comes to mind about a little trick which might be useful for allowing power to flow on roads using the zoning tool.
