TBH, it reminds me of a a close-up zoom into the compression artifacts of a heavily compressed JPEG. On a large open surface such as the Ashley and Kmart rooftops, you can make out the square blocks and what looks like pixel noise. It's obviously your call, but personally I don' think it's ideal.

All of your recent BATs look absolutely fine in other terms. The problem with these big box retailers is that they basically are 90% rooftop from the player's perspective...

I'm not sure, but it shouldn't be too much longer. I'm waiting for some new parking textures.

I also redid Target. Much much more satisfied with how this turned out.

I like it! The inclusion of solar panels is pretty cool and rare to see. The facade has some pretty unique features about it too!

The tiling on the roof still feels a little off to me somehow, especially with the square splotches of differing sizes and colors going in different directions all at once. It feels a little too chaotic and it would benefit from bigger tiles and more uniformity and consistency.

Yeah the hvac stuff and other things I normally use didn't quite do it for me here and I felt like it needed something more. Target has some locations with solar panels on the roof, so I figured I'd give it a go. I did settle on removing the dirt planters in the front.

Roofs are the bane of my BAT skills it seems. To me the roof on attempt one looked a lot worse than this, but the awkward textures are because of the massive size of the roof. Guess I need to look around for some better ones and/or do some editing to them.

For anyone wondering, this Target is based off the Pennsdale, PA location which was built in 2008. In fact a lot of my recent BATs take inspiration from these Target anchored strip malls. Other examples I've used for determining which brands to include come from Martinsburg, WV and Kingsport, TN. This is one of many reasons why I haven't posted many new files this month as I'm aiming for a mega release inspired by the mentioned shopping complexes.
