I can now take the time out of my busy day and comment a actual comment. I think this looks great, looks just like the Kroger Marketplace near me. And will be a great  addition to the game. It’s very nice to see you achieved many requests and new ideas also. Thanks @RRetail for all you do for me and the others who appreciate your work!

Haven't had a lot of free time lately and that will continue for a bit. (Going on vacation Sept 29 - Oct 6)

I'm going to try to at least get the two final plaza packs of this style before week's end if all goes well. Maybe something else if time permits.

Not necessarily, Staples will be released by itself once the STEX issues are sorted out.

Well, since the picture is not attaching properly, a Vons supermarket is on my agenda. It will pretty much be a reskin of Stop and Shop, but the front facade will be changed dramatically. Basing the design of a Ventura, CA store.

So a coffee shop seemed like the right idea to go with.... even though this is something I honestly didn't think I'd pursue.

Not really a fan of doing standalone restaurants, but there may be exceptions made occasionally. @pclark06 definitely has a better handle on these.

I know Starbucks could be found more often in California, but we have enough of them available already. I also know Dunkin' Donuts is Dunkin', but I put donuts because I'm not used too the new name yet.

To be fair, Dunkin' doesn't really put "Dunkin" on their stores either. This is nice!

Lovely! Still make more since to do this bc Vons has a Starbucks inside it. Even tho Starbucks does put One in Stores and another outside the store all the time. Lol for example there’s a area to the east of Cincinnati that has A Starbucks inside there Target with a Starbucks  standalone across the Street then about a mile up the rod there is a Kroger Store with a Starbucks inside it with another Starbucks in the Plaza also. @pclark06 May know the area I’m talking about. Lol the rich end of the Eastside.

Tbh I think it dumb. Because I thinking everyone knows that they sell more then donuts. It’s the cheaper version of Starbucks

What is happening?

Seriously, I have no idea why but my render preview makes Phase II all dark and gloomy. Never had this issue before, anyone know what the problem is?

 

EDIT: Never Mind. I think I fixed the issue.

That rendering issue actually looks kind of cool, not gonna lie. The darker roof certainly seems to draw your attention towards the facade of the building more. 

Have you ever thought about incorporating different angles and different shapes to the strip malls? Things like diagonals and FA, L-bends, S-bends and half Y-bends. I feel like there's a lot of untapped potential left in there, and you're clearly the person for the job . It would really give way to some really interesting and unique looking shopping centers, and is something that SC4 actually doesn't have in spades!
