If you are talking about the Simply Pets Tower, yeah, I don't think that's going to happen. That isn't exactly realistic. If you are talking about something else, please link it because this is the first time I'm hearing of this.

Night clubs will not be relotted by me.  While I understand they are realistic buildings, those are something that I find inappropriate.

So here's that update thing I was talking about....

I didn't like how the plaza looked before, so I ended up moving a few things around and adding a hotel on the side.

Any suggestions?

Maybe make it where's you can add all other plaza on every side.

Well, I'm not sure about that. That would make this and a plaza take up a lot of space!

Maybe I can make a new plaza with that idea in mind.

 

I'm also thinking about adding anchor variations to the mall. This, of course, would require a few more dependencies to work, but may be worth it to add some variety.

Maybe the small Big Kmart would look good as a anchor. The first one you did. And maybe the target there isn't any like that yet.

In Version 2.0, I've added Flexibility! You can now choose between different anchors for the mall. Now your anchors can describe how your mall is doing!

Please make sure to delete the old mall relot files if you choose to use this new version!

The only new dependencies are Dillard's from DK1, the Dillard's prop file which comes in the DK1 SimCity Mall and Nordstrom from SG. 

You no longer need Bed, Bath & Beyond, Olive Garden and the plop a shops for the mall relot.

So I took @Evanjs suggestion in mind and created another plaza which can connect to the mall or be on its own. Now to work on another plaza that can do the same on the other end.

And that's what the idea was. Many areas of the country may not have a certain store. (My area, for example, has no Dillard's around)

I've been working hard as of late on a couple of projects. Many, many, MANY relots to come in the coming days....

 

The second plaza is nowhere near completion and still requires some experimentation. 

The funny thing to note is that Simgoober's small commercial models have some restaurants and even an auto shop mixed in. I'm reloting them as well and they could be viewed as a bonus since they a part of the same download from what I can gather.

This is why scaling is important. Best Buy should be right at the same size of Old Navy or slightly larger. So if you ask why I don't use Best Buy this is why.

I specifically try to use models that will work with each other and Best Buy doesn't work with pretty much anything. It is way to small.

Another building I take issue is with the slightly oversized existing Dollar General. I feel the Family Dollar is more accurately sized once you establish a lot around it. Thankfully @Ceafus 88 is making a new modern Dollar General for all of us!

Hoping Ceafus or another batter may pursue making a new Best Buy if they are willing. Otherwise Best Buy will never make it into one of my plazas.

I also would love to see some new strip malls with chains such as Gamestop, GNC,  Dollar Tree, Sherwin Williams, Verizon or other cell phone brand, Payless, Shoe Dept, etc. (Endless possibilities really)

In case you are wondering why Walgreens here has a different texture, I consider it not to be a part of the plaza so it gets a distinguishable difference.

First, sorry to hear of your loss, that is difficult.

I love all your work, thanks for the efforts.

Have you looked at "model tweaker"? Perhaps you could resize the BATs so you can use them?
